    And Crispus Attucks has quite the history. Killed in March 1770 by the first shot heard across thirteen colonies, he ignited a fuse that led to the shot heard round the world in April 1775.

    Too Tall

    After the Boston Massacre on March 5, 1770, John Adams successfully defended the British soldiers who killed Crispus Attucks and four other colonists from charges of murder. Two were found guilty of manslaughter.

    The events of that evening started at dusk, around 5:30 PM.

    Crispus Attucks was 47 when he died. John Adams was 35 at the time.

    This story line is going to get very interesting….
