The collapse of this once great nation is fast becoming biblical and historic.

Parting of the Red Sea; the Mayflower, Susan Constant, Discovery, and Godspeed; and now U-Hauls.

The saddest part is that it makes perfect sense.

You bet u hauling out of mexafornia. Need more people to do that. Gonna need some parking spaces near the stores for the Christmass Holiday. Plus it might just collapse the mexafornia economy to the point where you will have nothing and you WILL be happy.
Or SMOD comes and takes care of it all then God can sort it out later.

What makes you think that Christmas will be around this or next years? It has always been the aim of the left to eliminate all religions (except communism). The only drawback to their plans is that won’t be able to skim off any presents for themselves. So they will probably try to figure out how they can confiscate the celebrants presents, after they are bought and paid for. Remember the first platform of the left: Everything’s free for them! Will it be a new confiscatory tax, or the FBI Santa knocking on your door at midnight to collect their “just” due?

Mia looking pretty sharp with that big blonde mane…

She should know though, as should her creator, that a a good Jewish* girl would *never* call her Muter by her first name.

*Yes she is Christian by choice and by religion, but she will *always* be a Jew.

Did I miss something? I don’t recall seeing Naomi or Zed telling Mia of her parentage. Does Mia know Naomi is her birth mother and that Zed is her father?

        DCE, Dastardly Dan,

        See:

DBD of August 21 – Mia is holding her Baby ID
DBD of August 31 – Zed explaining that the hospital Mia was born in was attacked by Hamas and Mia was believed dead until the IDF texted a picture of her Baby ID to Naomi
DBD of September 8 – Mia tells story of how her adoptive Mother found her in the rubble of the bombed hospital and gave her the Baby ID.
DBD of September 9 – Naomi still thinks her baby daughter died in the hospital attack.
DBD of September 10 – Mia reveals herself to look like a blond twin of Kiko. Sam and Naomi finally “get it.”

Mia has always had better situational awareness than Zed or Naomi. Based on how Mia snuck up on Naomi in Kabul in August, I agree with earlier commenters that if we put Mia on the 1000 yard range with the Barrett M82 we could definitively establish her DNA without any bloodwork.

Since Mia is left-handed like Naomi, perhaps we will get an updated version of one of Chris’s previous masterpieces, this time with Naomi AND Mia shooting side-by-side from the prone position wearing nothing but bikini bottoms, eye and ear protection. Maybe with Sam and Kiko, topless, as their spotters. Make a great item for next year’s fundraiser.

        TT – thanks!

      • October 6, 2021 at 2:04 pm

I had thought that parentage was settled science but maybe I jumped the gun since the evidence is mostly circumstantial and the conclusion is mostly surmised…

But thank you to the TT, Conservator of the DBD, for listing the basis of the evidence and the reasoning of the surmission (not a word but it should be and I like it so…). 😀

The big boys playing their “Great Games” are not in the least concerning about the people being able to live their lives without the great game disruptions. The gamers have no concern for those having to flee what they create. The gamers have no concern for those who would bee using the U-Hauls to be U-Hauling out of California. Many gamers (Pelosi etc) are only Concerned with the Great Americans Replacement that has been designed and ongoing for generations to enable the gamer Democrats and gamer RINOS to retain power by what by circumstances involves the demographic change of the United States. Such demographic change is prohibited in Mexico by the Constitution of Los Estados Unidos de Mexico. Imagine that.

Check for names (and maybe) addresses, so you will know where to send special “Holiday Greetings”. Or maybe you can leave it with the guy at the gate to deliver………

The sorry outcome of the California exodus is all those people are moving to less populous states and bring their crazy politics with them. Spreading like a cancer and full of money from selling their over-priced real-estate, they are buying up the west. My once ruby red state of Arizona has gone purple but the California flow has yet to slow down. Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico have already fallen blue and Idaho is teetering toward purple. Our populations have double in the last 20 years and our strained water supplies have reached or exceed the limits.

Out numbered and out moneyed, California politics is shutting down the free and independent thinkers of the American west. The only good thing is that I am getting old enough so that I won’t be around to witness the full socialist end-game.

Do the socialjustice thing. All new residents must prove that they don’t harm or stretch the sustainable living human limits.
All must apply for residence that can be denied for any predetermined reason. Or have huge impact fees for residence that accurately reflect the cost of current and expanded facilities.
The oxygen is not free, to borrow a phrase. Nor is the water and environment.

Please don’t paint every “conservative” Californian with such a broad brush.

I’m a native Californian, hardcore conservative with a libertarian streak, and I can still easily remember when California was termed Reagan Country by the rest of the nation.

I grew up in a LAPD family (both parents detectives); spent autumns deer hunting and pheasant hunting up and down the state; I remember taking a hunter safety course in the gymnasium of a jr. high school (that’s what middle schools were once called) on a Saturday morning in Ventura County; I joined the Navy and served on a destroyer home ported in San Diego; after the Navy I did a 25-year career in law enforcement myself. I live in Riverside County, which is still quite conservative due to its close proximity to Camp Pendleton and home to lots of active military, Veterans, LEOs and Border Patrol agents active and retired, small business owners, entrepreneurs, etc.

Just one year ago we were doing Trump Truck rallies with hundreds and hundreds of trucks and SUVs in the Inland Empire. There was nothing even close to this being done for Biden … anywhere in the state.

I haven’t bailed out of California due to family reasons and because I figure that this is my state … I was born here, why should I leave? I fight back with my support and work with local conservative and Republican affiliated groups, churches, etc.

I like to tell people that I’m really just a Texan trapped inside the body of a Californian.

Anyways … my state should serve as a cautionary tale to the rest of America not to emulate what has been done here for the past couple decades.

If I had my way right now, California would be de-certified as a state because it fails to guarantee a republican form of government as per the US Constitution. California would revert back to a US territory and lose its congressional delegation, both US senators, and lose its 53 (soon to be 52) electoral votes.

That in and of itself … could save the Union.

The Trump moving rallies were a thing to behold, I have to say. Gave me hope. False, but here we are. I wasn’t born here, and it isn’t even my 4th state of residence, but it was a good place and could be again. If not for nearby family, I’d be watching this happen from a saner location. But here we are, belly of the beast and all that.

Y’all have no idea what this place has chained in the basement, trying to get free, naturally peaceful but mighty pissed just now. The powers may have forgotten as well.

But it’s on the flag. And not so extinct as all that.

Did you ever hunt at Hunter Ligget? I ended up with rubber legs deer hunting there. My family has been here since 1845. California was where you came to start over and get away from the crap. Only now it’s in the streets and government. Can anyone out there find out from eyes in the sky where all the water went from the dams and reservoirs? They were full and are now empty. I know there is normal usage, but did trucks come in and start sucking them down like a cheap Sacramento Politician? The camera at Oroville dam was down for over a year due to lack of sunlight to charge it.

Just guessing but it seems that there is always a lot of seepage into the subsurface aquifer. It seems that the dams just allowed time for seepage into the ground. I have no idea if anything else was done to redirect the flow. Possibly heavy use of wells has encouraged faster “seepage” into the pool below.

The beauty of Atlas Shrugged, Rudyard Kipling, George Orwell, the Federalist Papers, John Locke, Ludwig Von Mises, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, Sun Tzu, Seneca, Jeff Cooper, the Magna Carta, and others is that it is always the perfect time to read them.

None of them are perfect, but even their errors and omissions, illuminated by history, offer instructive and important lessons.

I was thinking that there might be a good bounty gig business to exploit … driving empty U-Hauls back to Cali for a bounty paid by the U-Haul Corp.

I wonder if what we’re witnessing now isn’t, in fact, a disintegration of “the Right”. Despite the best efforts of MAGA, “The Right” (= GOP) has manifestly and egregiously failed to fix 1. Education 2. the Media 3. the FBI 4. the CIA 5. the DOJ 6. the ongoing cultural rot of PC Marxism 7. Big Tech & Big Pharma & Big Business 8. the US military 9. the suicidal budget of make-believe $trillions 10. the now-defunct (RIP) USA legal system. For at least a half century, every malicious attack on the Constitution by the Left has been wildly successful: and every attack has been conducted: under the watch of the GOP.

Since November 4th – as “conservative” after “conservative” insists on pretending that Biden is POTUS instead of denouncing the criminality of The Junta – this betrayal of principles is the #1 lesson I’ve learned. It’s tectonic, and I can’t predict the repercussions.
