    November, 2024.

People are going to learn, VEFT has consequences.

I do wish the Congresswoman who reamed him out yesterday would ask him to provide the number of Americans killed, Murdered or otherwise harmed by illegal aliens since january 22nd, 2020. He won’t know it of course, but then she can ask him, ‘Do you realize it is 4,000 killed by accidents, 2,500 by deliberate assault, and over 30,000 injured?’

That would then be the time to ask if it is him, Joe Biden, or Kamala Harris who is responsible for all those deaths and injuries?

Approximately 1,900 homicides average, more for accidental deaths.

Political says the claim of 63,000 US Citizens killed by illegals since 2001 is false, but don’t disprove it by citing an actual number, just by using random statistics from differing reports. Even so, the lowest number they could claim as accurate would be over 30,000.

        James/G,

Since 2001, illegal aliens have murdered more U.S. citizens than all U.S. combat deaths during the Vietnam War (47,434).

Since 2001, black males between the ages of 15 and 45 have murdered more than five times the number of U.S. citizens than all U.S. combat deaths in the Vietnam War. Eighty-five percent of their murder victims were black.

Leonard Cohen wrote a song entitled “Everybody Knows.” He should have written a song entitled “Nobody Cares.”

The individuals who vote for and support our open borders bear the brunt of the carnage from the illegal immigrants.

The individuals who have voted for 70+ years of democrat politicians running our cities into the ground bear the brunt of the carnage from black males ages 15 to 45.

Perhaps it is just karma after all.

Definitely TBI. Brain ricochets around inside the skull, becomes bruised and starts to swell. Bad enough, and the skull needs to be trepanned to relieve the pressure, or it’ll kill. Nasty business, if the medical facility’s not set up to handle it. Very common in vehicle accidents.

Well, he did add a few personal modifications to Lenin’s plan. That’s why he had to suppress “Lenin ‘s Testament” where Lenin warned the party they needed to get rid of Stalin. Many scholars claim he had Krupskaya (Lenin’s widow) removed so she couldn’t point out where he deviated.

Stalin had some novel ways of removing opponents. The rumor is that he got Krupskaya with a “poisoned birthday cake.”

The open border provides cheap labor. That pleases the RINOs and the Corruptocrats. The loss of a few proles is a cheap price to pay. Anyway few of them can code, so it is no loss. The hospital visits and the bandages ain’t nuffin. It ain’t as if they are real people with cash to buy Coke’s “art” or whose votes are actually counted. Death X2 by drunk just cuts the welfare cost. Plus the “Alien Invaders” are the army that will drive the ghetto trash into the suburbs where they will be someone else’s burden. It worked in Compton, California. Plenty of cheap labor was arriving before all hell broke loose on the border issue as it did with everything else. Corps may hire illegal labor and profit from it (as do we in the form of cheaper prices), but it’s not laborers but voters that are being invited and swarming in now.

Even prior to getting the vote (let the commies get back in in ’24 and that will be a done deal), they can immediately use the numbers to “control” the narrative with census and gerrymandering, providing all the necessities and comforts of home normally reserved for actual citizens, even using their subsidized residence to drive out legitimate residents.

This is a battle for not just control but our very existence, and I’ll be damned if I can see any “out” other than separation into a sovereign nation, which will certainly mean war of some fashion.

Hopefully, it seems that there are signs of a re-awakening glimmering around the edges of our increasingly socialistic society. Pray it continues and grows, but keep your powder dry and your arms well maintained. It may (I hope not) take Revolution.2 to cure the problem . . .

By taking over the education system they passively control the base agenda and now it’s up to us to mentally fight our way out of that cage.
Fortunately the Factory Model of education, being centrally controlled, was one of the first things to fail under the Woke Socialists. We are now free to build our own and have the tools of the Internet to take advantage of a whole new world of alternatives.
It’s not going to be easy because we don’t have a model to go by, but these things are never easy. There are many, many mistakes to be made before we find something workable, but then we’ll go on to find something(s) superior.

This is always a difficult topic for me, since my own grandfather was an illegal immigrant back in 1914. He tried to get in legally, was sent back, (they didn’t believe he was really 16 since Greece hadn’t been real attentive to things like birth certificates in 1898 when he was born). He got a job on a cruise ship and jumped ship as soon as it got into New York.

But at the same time, there are issues beyond the impact of illegal immigrants. Under international law, statehood derives from the following: permanent population, defined territory, sovereign government, and the capacity to enter into agreements with other states.

If we do not have a defined border, over which we exercise sovereign control, we risk losing our legal claim to statehood with all the rights and privileges it confers. Borders aren’t “suggestions.” They serve a legal purpose.

Hopefully the next administration will find a way to reassert our sovereignty and maintain our control over our borders.

I’m not going to hold my breath, though.

Would that immigration and immigrants could be now as they were then, legal and otherwise.

As to that sovereign nation (the Constitutional Republic of America), we will need to find a way around hard borders; in this electronic age our constituency is spread far and wide across the country as evidence by the sea of red in the county by county election map of 2020. So we will need to find a way to encompass all of those parameters you mention but bound together virtually as we invite and accept all citizens who choose to join, and specifically exclude all of the cities and infrastructure of the current government. Not an easy task, and probably involving bloodshed, but I just can’t see an alternative.

As far as the “diaspora” goes, individuals are under the jurisdiction of whatever sovereign state they are located in. I used to love devising Machiavellian jurisdictional squabbles for my International Law students. Ah, those were the days.

But I definitely agree that we need to develop mechanisms covering “private international law,” particularly when it comes to questions of family law. These custody disputes can be heartbreaking.

Thing about jurisdictions and sovereign states, they’re made up of the people in them, or who choose to be in them, irrelevant to a static diaspora…as I’m sure your students realized after some of your contrived squabbling.
