In other news, Kimmel is not backing down from his Expectant Widow comments. In fact, instead of trying to make a graceful apology and retraction, he repeated it.
During Karoline Leavitt’s presser after the recent assassination attempt one of the media actually asked her what the Trump Administration was going to do about it.
I think my answer would have been, “The violence is coming from YOUR side of the divide. What are YOU going to do about it.”
She, of course, was more diplomatic. I’m going to miss her during her leave, but I wish her and the new one all the best.
He’s safe..for now. They don’t want Trump appointing any more Justices and he likely won’t make the same mistakes he did the last time and put his own picks in instead of ‘establishment’ ones. His problem last time in was he didn’t follow his own TV rules and trusted his advisors instead of firing them when they proved to be working against him.
I would hope he has someone working on that very issue now who will not look at likely suspects, but those who could be a Thomas, Alito or ….
a Scalia.
