I’ve met and worked with a few exemplary people who just happened to be B***k. Curiously, women in that category tended to be almost shockingly beautiful. The ones who were yelling, screaming, entitled harpies tended to look like Jasmine Crockett. Somehow, they are the ones who become social lionesses, not the smart, attractive ones.
It’s not just genetics. It’s culture. And “B***k” culture is, to use an old Midwest hick saying, as f**ked up as a football bat.

I’ve worked with incredibly intelligent and talented blacks, and incredibly moronic whites. And it goes further than these two. In my experience Indians and Pakistanis are generally of sub-average intelligence. The problem there is that they think they’re geniuses of the highest order.
A buddy of mine does crash scene investigation for a couple of trucking companies. After a crash where the driver (at early AM night) never slowed down, rear-ended a SUV, had it on the front of his truck until it spun off into the ditch. He kept driving until his truck broke down a couple of miles later. Dispatcher suspected something and sent a cop who put the 2 scenes together.
My buddy asked the company boss if the driver was Pakistani or Eastern European (Ukraine, etc.). The boss said “Pakistani – how did you know?”
My buddy said “People from those 2 areas have zero respect for human life and don’t give a f*ck. If they think they can get away with it, they’ll do it.”

If you want to see incredibly moronic driving, not to mention insane vehicle overloading, look up “Thailand truck accidents” on YouTube.
Most drivers in SE Asia couldn’t pass even a rigged license exam in the U.S., but I genuinely believe that Thailand has the worst drivers on Earth.
A Thud pilot I knew who was stationed at U-Tapao in 1968-70 said that driving in Bangkok was about twice as dangerous as going downtown over Hanoi.

Taking a taxi ride from the Base to the village in the Azores is still vivid in my memory, I’m pretty sure the dents from my fingers haven’t come out of the dashboard yet. My biggest mistake was getting in the cab sober, but we did measure it and decided it would fit in the bombbay…except the FE wouldn’t let us 🙁

I worked in a specialized group with an ethnically diverse workforce.
Two of my black coworkers demonstrated the best and worst case scenarios, so to speak. They were both reasonably bright, roughly the same age and in good health; the difference was mindset.
One guy worked hard, well organized, punctual, always went the extra mile. The other worked when it was required, disorganized, took his time and never did more than what was absolutely required.
The worker once told me how he felt he needed to prove himself to show he got his position by merit, not by affirmative action. The other guy put in a grievance when he was passed over for promotion, claiming racism.
There are genetic differences that must not be mentioned but the majority of the problems stem from the willingness to lie, cheat and then steal and when caught expect to be absolved of those crimes based on appearances. I spent 25 years dealing with criminals daily and the unshakeable belief by some individuals that they were born with a ‘not responsible’ card in their hand was plain to see. The judicial system putting appearance before societal safety is only getting worse, and will continue to until the latest generation of ‘judges’ are replaced with those who put the law above everything else, but I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for it.

Black society in the U.S. was making strides forward up until the 1980s, when crack cocaine hit the streets. Almost overnight, all of those gains were gone.
Single-mother families, absent fathers, drug gangs, addiction, addiction, addiction. Can’t blame that on the Libs, but we _can_ blame all of the subsequent failed “solutions” on them. Feelings only get you so far in the real world.
There’s a book titled “Ni***r Heaven”, written by Dr. Carl van Vechten in 1926, about Harlem. It’s available at Project Gutenberg, surprisingly.
What is striking about what he observed there is that, in most respects, it could have been a script for a “blaxploitation” movie made in the 1970s.
“N***ro” Life In New York’s Harlem” by Dr. Wallace Thurman (1927) basically confirms van Vecten’s analysis, also from direct observation. It, too, can be found at Gutenberg.
Very little has changed in the “B***k Community” in an entire century.
About the same time rap ‘music’ started to gain ground and the lyrics changed to glorifying beating ‘hoes’, selling drugs and ‘capping’ cops and rivals…and all the various handouts meant having a dozen ‘baby daddies’ became more profitable than working…co-incidence ?
