Day By Day

  • Merle

sounds like a lot of restrictions…….

    • JAK

Yeah. What good is a pregnant woman what cain’t win a gun fight, huh?

  • Deplorable B Woodman

The cat is out of the bag. A new ‘Toly or Naomi is on the way. Mazal Tov!!

  • Deplorable B Woodman

Chris, I must correct your grammar.
It’s not, “The Russians (plural) Came”.
Unless the mouse in your pocket is also Russian, there’s only one.
    So, it’s, “The Russian Came”.
And I’m sure Naomi enjoyed every inch……er……minute of it.
    As did Anatoly with her.

  • JackDeth 72

If Naomi can’t fight, how will she get her daily Cardio?

  • Wait, what? This makes no sense. One of the first rules of Krav Maga is that you remain unmarked by your opponent.

  • Lifeofthe Mind

He said nothing about trebuchets or falling pianos.

    • MasterDiver

      Or dropping safes or anvils

      Zar Belk!

  • John T. Block

SO, ‘Toly put a fresh bun in the oven? GOOD! But, no guns? Remember, she’s dead on at long range….

  • S'aaruuk

And at close range as well. :-p

  • Pete231

The men’s cycle of purpose : They spend their first nine months trying to get out of the oven, then, dedicate the rest of their lives trying to get back in………

    • Old Codger

Correction: We don’t actually want to move back in. we just want visiting privileges. 😉

    • JJ cooper

I have never heard it better put!

  • Tagg

This keeps up the DD will have to become a school house.

    • MasterDiver

The kids are already being home-schooled. The older ones will just become adjunct professors.

      Zar Belk!

    • NotYetInACamp

That is the purpose of life

  • USMC8541

“Visiting Privileges” /Heh! best line I’ve heard in a Long time.

  • JTC

He had me right up until he got to no guns.

All the hand-to-hand agreed, too risky. Her first job is to protect the seedling, and his is to protect them both.

But. shootin’ irons were made by God and JMB just for the purpose of being the equalizer between an aggressor and a smaller/weaker/pregnant victim. Keep packing, little Jewish Mama. You too ‘Toly. And stay aware.

That last part is really critical and it goes for all y’all too. I think we’re moving deeper into a time where small-scale attacks will be the chosen method of terrorism. Anytime, anywhere, but usually with what should be warning signs like location, activities, time of day. Of course that goes for all kinds of potential threats, not just Tangoes.

Those indicators, and a a lot more -like the short hairs on your neck pricking up, that’s real- are SA…Situational Awareness, also expressed as Stay Aware…and by some as Stay Armed…and that too is critical as I said in reference to Naomi above. But Situational Awareness works to make armed defense unnecessary, keep your eyes open, avoid shitty areas, crowds, being out late, etc. as much as possible.

And you might not have to shoot no damn body. Which would be really bad -life-changing bad- for you. But not as bad as getting shot or attacked, so….Stay Aware AND Stay Armed.

    • John

      I re-checked the list.
High explosives are not on it.
High voltage is not on it.
      Robots are not on it.
      Gravity is not on it.
She’s got lots of options. Some of them quite innocuous.

      • MasterDiver

Improvised war gasses are also still an option. Keep the Bleach and ammonia handy.

        Zar Belk!

    • armedandsafe

When my daughter was still “in the shell” we used to go shoot at the Phoenix range every other week. During the last few months, she would jump and kick when the gun would go off. She is still startled greatly by any sudden, loud bang sound. That was 56 years ago.

      • TomZ

Ben Avery (as they call it now) has been around that long?

  • Pamela

    Another Baby!!!! *does happy dance*

    Naomi, just shoot them.

  • JTC

    “The Russian Came”.

    Apparently so.

    So that more could come.

  • WayneM

    So many rules…

  • Delilah T.

Situational awareness: what I”ve been saying, all along.

Small attacks, unlooked-for: yes, and use your imagination when I say that.

I never liked going to parties at bars – too crowded, too easy to get your purse stolen or “fished”. I was lucky – didn’t happen, but does not mean it cannot.

Even in my Walmart, a huuuuge open space, but always full of people….

    WE cannot afford complacency… ever.

  • Fox2!

Given that women who live together tend to synchronize, are Sam and Skye at risk of “being punished” with another baby (or two, given their propensity for catching twins)?

    • NotYetInACamp

      OH! You Obama!

That b-tard did call it that.

  • David Grimes

As I said, dojo karate against IDF/Massad Krav Maga? Uh oh.
