In a socialist paradise such as Teeter, out of the thousands (actual rate of 9 per 100 population) of “non-demonizable, silly decisions” fired by “teens,” 98% of which fail to hit the target, one would think that a gravitational mass the size of XIR would catch a few stray rounds.
It’s the ‘mayor’ of Teeter. Sam is the mayor of Gunpowder. And yeah, how it got ‘elected’ was probably in the usual way: nobody wanted the job, and it had no challenger. Still had to stuff the ballot box to beat Mickey Mouse though.
Even the most fanatical islamic terrorist (sorry for the redundancy) would gargle a bacon margarita before touching that with a camel prod, no matter what the imam says.

Clearly, Satan protects his own.
Even if you missed, the gravity well would suck the shot in…
It got ‘elected’ ? I must have missed that part, but then again, we’re not supposed to notice the ballot box stuffing or the polls in the graveyards.
Or perhaps it’s posing as the Mayor…that could be fun.
