If the muzzies win (for given value of “win”) there may come to be a real-world version of Morlocks (them having most of the technology and all of the guns), then there indeed might be a Star Wars future awaiting in the stars as it were.
You need to watch the episode of Star Trek : Lower Decks where Ensign Mariner has to Clean the Holodecks. The only worse holodecks would be those at Quark’s on Deep Space Nine

I know that things have always tended to shake out within the last few days but not for this amount?
I can no longer really afford much in retirement and I know many here are in the same boat. But for value received if we get to the tipping point without a resolution I will find a way to at least double my paltry hundred bucks that I sent through the other day.
And I sure do hope some others can scrape the kitty again too. (And yes “kitty” was an intentional reference there. Chris and Kitty both gotta eat. We have to be sure that they do, for many reasons beyond just a cartoon.

Last year the last 6 days accounted for the 19% needed to have another year. Great workout for the heart.
We’re at 24% to go and 9 days left. I am seeing some new patron names now, and I hope the 3500 others will become new patrons and join us soon.
