OK, I’ve an old AK-47 (semi-auto). I’ll sell it to the government for $2.5 million. Won’t pay what I ask. Then, say you will take it, That’s theft and the true face of the left.

Perhaps someone will threaten Beto with a basketball and he’ll also bash the NBA for inciting fear and violence. Look at all the killings and beatings done on the streets in neighborhoods where basketballs are available. They and the NRA are practically the same organization, “mentoring youth and promoting sports.” They’re only one letter apart, actually just a dash at the bottom if you’re not fussy.

Beto/a imho is stating his intention to violate both our God given rights and those God given rights as interpreted and written down into the US Constitution.
Any such act is a violation of ones constitutional rights, and, appropriate defense of those rights is called for. That defense can be on a personal or nationwide basis.
Some among the traitors and seditious people are counting on that in order to start a hot civil war so they can discard that ‘old US Constitution that I believe Hillary said needed to be shredded. Obama said that he wants a positive rights of government constitution like the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic’s Constitution was. Our Constitution limits government.

The old liberal maxim was- I will defend unto my death your rights. (to speech, etc)
The new liberal maxim is – I will defend unto your death my rights to control you in your speech and actions.

My how times and people have changed. By design.

I found an ancient starter pistol I used to shoot “screamer” type bottle rockets with at flocks of birds and stray dogs on the runways/taxiways.
I was going to get rid of it when I sold the couple of guns I had.
Then I decided to keep it so I can sell it at one of those gun by-backs and maybe get enough for a hamburger since they will never pay what anything is actually worth.

Beto is a looser locked on the “ouside”. The crowd that he is spinning up is a greater concern. That crowd doesn’t care who the “leader” is.

The “Sanctuary” game is also a big concern. In Los Angeles South the Central American gangs/cartels drove out the black gangs along with their friends and families. There is lots of room for those refugees in southern California. There aren’t all that many dumping grounds around most of the “Red Islands” that the Dems/Progs/Socialists want to redevelope in the rest of the country. Guess what is coming to visit.

Among my maternal grandmother’s things, after her passing I found an old .32 revolver. Research shows Sears sold it, by catalog, for $1.50. No serial number. The cylinder doesn’t line up with the barrel. Doubt I’d ever shoot it.

      • October 9, 2019 at 11:34 am

I too have an old family revolver. It has a tag with it that gives the serial number under the grip, you could have yours there too. Could be worth something as a C&R piece, check online. Some of those old ones are for black powder loadings, so you probably shouldn’t be shooting it anyway.

      • October 9, 2019 at 12:14 pm

No law for numbers before the ’68 GCA although most makers did number their handguns after the ’34 NFA, less so for long guns. Most exceptions were SNS types, of which most Sears catalog models were. That said, any firearm that originally had a factory number that has been obliterated or altered is illegal.

Unlikely to have any collector value, but definitely sentimental…grandma was a badass!

But yeah, don’t shoot that thing.

It seems to me that if you are telling someone you are going to steal their gun, your response is you are ready for them, then going ahead with the plan to disregard the 2nd Amendment after having been given the warning isn’t a death threat, it is willfully marching to suicide.
The action on Beta’s (I fixed his name for him) part despite the warning means he is forfeiting his life should he go ahead. Not really any different than taking a bottle of sleeping pills with alcohol.

Not all harmful immigration is human or illegal, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t unfair and harmful. The policies of MAGA and KAG can and should deter both. Don’t drink that horse piss.

For what its worth, not all beta cucks / hoplophobes have a “D” next to their name. I triggered a nominal “R” the other day by open carrying at a party celebrating a friend’s newly minted US Citizenship. The friend was also OC at the time. In the case of the “R” guy, I think the “R” stood for RINO. And yes he did threaten to Red Flag me. What the Prog-Torrie Left does not understand is that we are not locked up by them but that they are locked up with us. If this goes hot, the left leadership is gone in the first days. There are too many Spec Op Patriot Veterans who remember and abide by their oath for this not to occur. What would Pelosi or Schumer do when their SS details melt into the woodwork at the first sound of gunfire.

Who protects the NY Slimes and the WaPo from the Righteousness of the People. We will most likely run out of lamp posts. Will Antifa babies come out of their parents basements? Will the parents defend their vermin offspring. The Left controlled cities will be allowed to burn and consume themselves. The religious population centers (I’m looking at you Dearborn) will be isolated and cut off from essential services. I wonder if their is anything in the koran on cannibalism? They want to eat the babies anyway so here is their chance.

As too illegal invaders, it’s going to be open season with no limit. They can vote with their feet and un-ass this country.

The States and the People will survive and they will elect new leadership from the fly over sections as most Demon-rat States (Il, NY, MI, MN) are controlled by a small geographic pop center that after the Great Unpleasantness will not wield the power that it once did.

I pray that this does not happen. I wish no ill will of my fellow citizens but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.

“Il, NY, MI, MN are controlled by a small geographic pop center that after the Great Unpleasantness will not wield the power that it once did.”

Will not wield the “pop” after that either. Many will be dead or gone.

Couple other edits: MI is historically red and went (barely) red in ’16, hope to hold them, although their pop and their Electoral votes are dropping fast. They went blue in the sick sixties and again in the era of Slick and Zippy, thank the unions for that. But unions are dying off fast and good riddance. So we’ll see about ’20.

As for Ill (I like to add that second l for obvious reasons), that is maybe the sickest place in the country now…other than Cali which you omitted, maybe due to their lack of a single blue center but a county red/blue map shows the “control” and pop clustered on the coast with the majority of the state solid red; still they are for the foreseeable future (unless…?) politically and economically the bluest of blue.

Powder? Preps? Of course. Like you, I would not choose bloody conflict. But that choice is not mine and I will engage if that is the path they choose.

I guess the connection to both the Beast and the Zero clouded my recall…but it goes back further, to the old battle of the townships over gun rights of Morton Grove Ill. vs. Kennesaw Ga. If you’re not familiar it’s a fun read and a reminder that gun grabbers are nothing new.

Gutless opportunist waffling traitorous POS…from Boston Globe:

“Is Mitt Romney ready to lead the Republican charge against Trump?
Over his long career, Mitt Romney has been a political chameleon.

He was the moderate Republican governor of Massachusetts, then the party’s conservative presidential nominee in 2012. He spoke out forcefully against Donald Trump before the 2016 election, then lobbied for a role in the new president’s Cabinet. He accepted Trump’s endorsement for his 2018 Senate run, then criticized the president’s character just before being sworn in.

Is another Romney transformation taking shape — into the senator who tries to rally Republican opposition to the president as the House impeachment inquiry gains momentum?”
