    Yeah. I’d say, “Oh. Mah. Gawd!” as well. and then rush for the eye bleach. STAT!

  • epador

    Oh c’mon, Even a PG post from Red will ensure a landslide.

  • The 300

    Commies have a long history of renaming people and things. Just ask Lev Bronstein or Iosef Dzhugashvili.

    • Henry

      It’s what Communists do best. It’s based in sympathetic magic. Faced with an impassable mountain, they continue to redraw the map in hopes it will disappear.

      They take a concept that has accumulated odium over the years, and rename it to obscure the odium, like wrapping an oozing fish in fresh newspaper. Whenever the odium bleeds through the newspaper, they add another layer of fresh newspaper. They never do anything about the fish.

      Examples abound:

      Blacks -> Negroes -> colored people -> blacks -> Afro-Americans -> blacks -> African Americans -> Blacks / People of color
      Mexicans -> Chicanos -> Latinos -> Hispanics -> People of color (but only sometimes)
      Chinamen -> Orientals -> Asians (even if you know what country)
      Sodomites -> homosexuals -> queers -> gays -> LGBTQRSTUVW…
      Cripples -> disabled -> handicapped -> challenged -> handicapable -> differently abled
      Moron -> feeble-minded -> retarded -> special needs
      Coveters -> leftists -> socialists -> progressives -> social justice
      Abortion -> Women’s health
      Riot -> mostly peaceful protest
      Blacklist -> McCarthyism
      Cancel culture -> accountability culture
      Citizen disarmament -> gun control -> gun safety

      • Steve

        Okay, so the communists have learned marketing 101 – if it sucks, change its name. They’re not all special needs …

      • The 300

        You forgot the most important one:
        Jacobins, Marxists, Communards, Communists, Progressives, Liberals, Progressives, Liberals, Progressives, Social Democrats.

  • JTC

    Catch the background gaze of those babies (and babes!)…

    There is hope.

    And that is some incredible imagery.

  • Too Tall

    Xir Diaz-Jones? At some point, some guy was desperate enough to marry it? The mind boggles….

    • interventor

      You assume it was an anatomy correct male.

      • Steve

        I would have guessed that Diaz and Jones were xir’s parents. If xir is married, it’s probably a same sex marriage.

    • Fox2!

      It may have inherited the hyphenated name from its parental units.

    • No, that was her equally hefty “partner”.

      Zar Belk!

  • Kafiroon

    Getting hit by a bus is stunning too.

    • Bob in Houston

      I think if a bus hit Trigglypuff there, it would be the bus that was stunned.

  • caved1ver01

    Jabba has a sister: Jabbaette the BUTT…

    • Too Tall

      That is so stolen!

      • John

        That may be so, but it still needs wider circulation.

  • Yeah, they called that thing back around Nov. 3 an election…

    How obviously ridiculously criminally farcically false! And yet…

    They do that perception>reality shit because it works.

  • Punta Gorda

    Interesting plot device.

    Washington Corrections Institute on Washington County Florida was renamed a few years against as Northwest Florida Reception Center and purposed (as best I can tell) to train new prisoners how to be prisoners.

    • Punta Gorda

      *ago vs “against”

      Southeast Ohio Correctional Center, Fairfield Co. Built as the Boys’ Industrial School (BIS) in the late 1800s, Then was the Fairfield School for Boys. SR 793 from Lancaster to the school was named BIS Road. In 1975, stated capacity was 350 “students”.

      Transferred from the Ohio Youth Commission to the state’s Department of Corrections in 1979, as a minimum security facility for “recoverable” non-violent offenders. Capacity was limited to 500 (!).

      Since 1993, has been a “medium security” facility housing any and all “offenders” with no noticeable “rehabilitation”. Population now 1300+ (the ‘official” numbers keep changing), and the usual litany of violence, drug, (homo)sexual abuse, and etc. means that the local volunteer FD’s EMTs make an average of six runs a night. And they’re only called if an ER “visit” is required.

      This “Elvis” left the building two decades ago. (I used to live a mile from the place.)

      Even today, living in the closest town, I’m probably too close to it for any good reason.

      The moral is that government can “do” anything it wants. And it rarely thinks things through first.

      • Interesting. As an active or former LEO did you work or otherwise interact there? What specifically worries you about proximity to the place…escapes, property value, that they will add a Triggly wing?

        Are you arguing for more capacity, relocation, or less incarceration?

    • PaulS

      Schitt, I thought Chris was being creative, I didn’t realize he had a model, just a twisted imagination. 😉

  • Eye Bleach! EYE BLEACH!!!

    Zar Belk!

  • Spin Drift

    I wonder if the left paid for “her” by the pound or by the poke?

    Spin
    Targets to your left, targets to your right, the range is Hot.

    • Pamela

      Who would want to poke that even after years in isolation…

  • DogByte6RER

    Well … this now definitely puts to rest that old adage about not being able to hit the broad side of a barn.

  • WayneM

    Stunning & brave? More like Stunned & Brainless…

    In a not completely related note, the Supreme Cowards declined the last of Trump’s appeals. Apparently the poignant dissent of Justice Clarence Thomas wasn’t persuasive enough to convince the rest to do their jobs.

  • GregD

    So, it is acceptable to vote by cell phone in this district there in Texas?! Even in Texas, outside Austin, the Demonrats have taken hold of voting procedures?! My God, what is next?!

    Ya know, I do have a cell phone, but it is the old variety, not a smart phone with camera & laptop computer capabilities. Just calling & texting. That is enough for me. Though I often think of getting rid of it and going back to a simple landline. Some of the older women in my apartment building (80s & 90s they are) refuse to have a cell phone of any type, nor do they want a computer! I do like using the internet via my laptop, most of the time. Must have my daily fix of DBD, you know. Amiright?!

    Pennsylvania here is not getting any better. I have lived in San Antone & Port Charlotte down in SW Flori-duh. Methinkgs Idaho may be the better place to move to in the not-to-distant future. If I can swing it. When you are dependant on Soc Sec & the VA, one can not always do what one wants. I can dream though……

    Hang in there gentlemen & ladies!

  • Pamela

    So is she like pissed off that Jabba rejected her…
