    The ladies of DBD and Shiner Bock. What a great country!

    • Pamela

      Don’t drink beer …really bad idea.

      • JTC

        Yep, don’t need a FUI…or were you objecting for reasons of taste rather than safety?

  • Gotta love it, screw formality.

  • steveb919

    My kind of_______ airport?

  • Bill G

    Formality can be among the first casualties of an emergency.

    • Bill G

      A scene sticks in my alleged memory, saying that is true for the Triplanetary Service. (After the V-2 gas was released.)

      • MasterDiver

        Q-X and Zar Belk!

        • Bill G

          Clear ether, and power to your tubes!

      • JTC

        “Alleged memory…”

        Boy would my wife agree with that for me; together since sixteen, married with child at seventeen, I clearly “remember“ details about things from back then, yet CRS about what she told me yesterday.

        She alleges that both timeframes are subject to the add/delete/edit functions in my noggin’s memory banks.

        Alleged memory…yeah she’d love that and apply it regularly, I don’t think I’ll hand her that term.

        • Henry

          Nope. Memory is LIFO. Ask any gerontologist (not that I want to jinx you).

  • Steve Peterson

    Firefly reference !

    • Pamela

      Oh Yeah!

  • My Way Or --->

    Well, after all, Pelosi is a space alien, isn’t she? She is the front runner of that hive of scum and villainy….

    Fall’s coming up. Cider’s good when it’s heated just a tab.

    • MasterDiver

      And add some spices, lemon juice, and a shot of Captain Morgan’s Spiced!

      Zar Belk!

      • Advo

        Apple cider just loves Canadian whiskey.

      • My Way Or --->

        DogByte, you could WARN people! It’s just a courtesy, y’know.

      • GWB

        Wow, they’re still around?
        (Protest Warrior, that is)

    • Pamela

      So when does her face melt off

    • Punta Gorda

      No. Pelosi is a cadaver who hasn’t realized she has been dead for 20 years.

  • interventor

    Space alien, no! Another one of those Egyptian mummies brought back to haunt us, yes! Old Snakehead Carville, now there is proof of human and alien interbreeding.

    • My Way Or --->

      Have you noticed how her hatred of Trump is just OOOZING out of her pores lately?

      She’s had so much botox stuck into her face that it’s like watching a ventriloquist’s dummy, except she’s the ventriloquist and the dummies are following her…. or something like that.

    • JTC

      Alien, mummy, cadaver, whatever than mass off hideous is, she says she might seek impeachment again to stop the scotus nom. One thing that shows for sure is that our call here four years ago for immigration, 2A, and the courts to be the tripod of issues for survival we’re dead on…impressive and effective progress on all three, but this one scares them the most because they can’t reverse it as soon as their commie paws take the levers. Heh. Fill That Court! The DT stump machine already has shirts out. 🙂

      • My Way Or --->

        Yabbutt, you gotta understand that she got caught on the surveillance camera in that hair salon, and that the two indie hair techs (what the hell is THAT?) had the code for the keypad, so she was there, literally, illegally on the SanFran lockdown plan.
        She’s trying to blame everyone, including Trump, for what SHE did and it really pisses that old bat off that she can’t have her way all the time.
        The salon owner has moved elsewhere, those two hair techs may be out of work for a while, and SanFran Nan knows that everyone knows that she knows that they know that she was a very, very bad girl.
        So she blames that on Trump, too.

    • Shonkin

      In his case I’d have thought it was IN-breeding. Look at Carville and then look at the banjo player in Deliverance.

  • JTC

    Embassy runway two, in some model number of Boeing? Dang, DD Ranch is even bigger than I thought, and Naomi’s skills more impressive than I realized!

    Nice interlude from the crazy, set ‘er down and have a beer. But who is it that talks to Naomi like that? Sam? Jo? Beer-fueled catfight coming up?

    • John M.

      Chris put a picture in Sunday’s strip. I’m not up to date on all the “business jets” ( do they still call them that?) but from other frames, the curvature of the interior suggests something smaller than an airliner…

      • Ima steal from Sarge and make it a Pilatus PC-24.

        • JTC

          Perfect choice (only choice in the real world)…that thing is a twin-jet bush plane! Gotta fix that wing sweep though. 🙂

          Still impressive skillset by Naomi…though she is on the right. ‘Toly, that you over there in the left seat?

        • gafling

          or maybe an Embraer Phenom 300 …

      • MasterDiver

        Looks like one of the Bombardier executive jets I used to build.

        Zar Belk!

    • Too Tall

      It’s Sam. She is anxious to see her twins. Only Sam and Naomi can go toe to toe like that.

  • Sarge

    It has to be a Pilatus PC-24. The only commercial jet designed to land at unimproved runways…

    • JTC

      Should be but has to be? Silhouette seems otherwise.

      Maybe unimproved but they’ve got acreage and equipment and they’ve got two of ‘em!

      • JTC

        And didn’t Trump One land there a while back, or was that just a fly-by and he only touched down in the choppah?

        Huh. There’s that “alleged memory” and/or CRS syndrome kicking in (or out) again. Not to mention the TDL (too damn lazy) affliction that prevents me from looking it up.

    • Kafiroon

      Heh! Small airport, middle night between 12 and dawn;
      look out for the little planes gliding in while trucks are working on the runway. No lights, no sound over the generators, land on taxiways or grass. Best one, landed and then hopped up and over the big water tanker semi! Man, that “pilot” was over to the fence, up, over, and gone like the wind!

  • CaptDMO

    Shiner Bock! Really?
    If they had discipline it would be Pearl!

  • Punta Gorda

    CNOPS was quite boring… but our track data was quite handy when DEA took them to court and the defense attny was presented with hard track data from point of origin until we handed them off to LE assets.

    Hard case to fight.

    • Punta Gorda

      I’m a bit surprised DEA isn’t snooping around considering their point of origin…

  • John M.

    Somewhere back in the depths of the strip, Don Portago made the Double-D either a consulate or an embassy, (referenced in the first panel) so Naomi’s flight is a diplomatic mission, not subject to customs.

    To me, it looks like Naomi is in the left seat, looking over her shoulder to pick up a ground reference, so ‘Toly’s probably in the right seat and she’s talking to him on the intercom.

    • JTC

      I believe you’re correct; not the first time in my life I’ve gotten things assbackards either, thanks for the corrected perspective.
