I disagree. What’s happening now is not precisely what Rand envisioned – she certainly didn’t see Islam coming – but it’s not like it doesn’t fit her model.
The West is mighty – and most of what gives it strength is still there – but the actual structure that we live under is brittle and requires active reinforcement in order to function. Simply withdrawing is enough, because its already so big that it would be collapsing under its own weight without reinforcement.
Think about it: how many Lefties would still have a job if capitalists stopped funding them tomorrow? None, that’s how many.

Further, allowing that collapse requires rebuilding from scratch that which we have already built once. My contention is that the active attack against HWM culture requires a more proactive defense, hopefully salvaging some of the infrastructure already in place.
I’m too old to wait for the demise of western culture by attrition and the reconstruction afterward. The best defense is often a strong and targeted offense, and to my mind that is exactly what is being said and promised by Trump/Cruz, and is our best chance at survival and salvation.

I followed that link about the Australian cricket player. He was fined by his team for flirting (and coming on a bit strong) with the reporter during an interview. The impression given by Zed was that he had been arrested, convicted, and fined.
Granted, there may have been racial overtones. He was a black Jamaican and the reporter was a white Aussie.

If we look beyond this incident. Global warming and climate change is the top priority of any government. And the biggest factor is the amount of children per family. 20 years ago, if a girl was interested in me, she had to know that she was beautiful in my eyes. Yes, and you stand an excellent chance of being accused of “overreacting” by the VICTIM if you beat the rapist, let alone shoot him (as much as you would like to do so). Further, allowing that collapse requires rebuilding from scratch that which we have already built once. My contention is that the active attack against HWM culture requires a more proactive defense, hopefully salvaging some of the infrastructure already in place.

If we look beyond this incident. Global warming and climate change is the top priority of any government. And the biggest factor is the amount of children per family. 20 years ago, if a girl was interested in me, she had to know that she was beautiful in my eyes. This zero tolerance, simply means zero growth in population, by making it harder on men with relationships. And about this empowerment for women, 40 years ago, one earner could support a family. So empowerment means less pay.
And excellent point with today’s comic. I mean traditionally we males would rush to defend the females in our society out of morality and honor, but when it becomes something you risk legal prosecution for discrimination or racism? I mean why should a bystander get involved anymore. When you are demonized why should you risk your livelihood and freedom for the sake of a stranger?
Yes, and you stand an excellent chance of being accused of “overreacting” by the VICTIM if you beat the rapist, let alone shoot him (as much as you would like to do so). So, you end up in jail, separated from wife, children, others who love and need you because the rape victim tells the court you were a vicious animal who took the life of a poor man who simply didn’t understand our culture is different from his.
I have wondered (on another blog) how many of the German women groped and/or raped (there was a lot of “digital” rape going on that night, too) had held “Welcome Refugee” signs before that night.
Guys, do you really want to risk going to prison for some liberal who supports bringing these young jihadis into the country? I’ll shoot to protect a neighbor, friend, or a family member who I know will support what I have done. Beyond that, I’m in agreement with Zed.
Yeah, prison is the worst, but you can get blackballed and lose everything. Feminists are the real problem, and until they’ve been piled up in great mounds, there’s no rational reason to help strange women.
