    This is a sort of shout-out, so…

Three measures of Gordon’s, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it’s ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel. Served in a champagne goblet.

Your artwork, Chris, as always, never fails to please. One could say that nobody does it better.. 😉

    “Pilot’s a woman too?”
“Yup. It’s like pussy galore around here.”

At least Chris’ level of “pussification” isn’t at the same level as discussed in this American Thinker article:
    http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2015/05/i_am_woman_hear_me_whore.html
It’s a real tug of war for what’s left of Western culture and civilization.

Oh man… “If he says he’s a woman, then she’s a woman.” My only caveat to make people like this think a little deeper is “Westboro baptist: ‘if I say I’m a christian, then I’m a christian!’.”

“Whatever you think is true is *your* truth.”

Actually, that *is* the truth. Self-deception aka insanity has always held that, as George Castanza said “If YOU believe it, it’s not a lie.”

What has changed though, is that personal insanity has been institutionalized; the organized and agenda-driven Ministry of Truth aka media, entertainment, politics, academia…has colluded to produce a created truth that when repeated often enough, becomes the general perception of proles who are desperate to believe, to be as open-minded and “progressive” as their idols…

And absolutely, perception is reality. That’s how we got our potus, that’s how our Republic devolved into democracy, that’s how our society has decayed as it seems all great societies do. That’s how our civilization will die…or has died.

Jenner is a woman? Sure, if the New York Times says it’s so, it’s so.

      • May 17, 2015 at 6:26 pm

Insanity has absolutely nothing to do with it. “(M)edia, entertainment, politics, academia” are psychopath enablers and supporters for Obama. The worst insane person might be a school or post office shooter. Hitler and Stalin were psychopaths for comparison.

I worked for four psychopaths early in my career and for thirty years I thought they were insane, until I finally realized they were psychopaths and began studying the subject.

      • May 17, 2015 at 8:50 pm
        JTC

Oh, insanity has everything to do it…the Ministry are not enablers of psychopathy; they *are* the psychopaths who foster the perceptions that morph into the reality of their insane followers, for purposes only other psychopaths -and the *not* insane- understand.

    “Frankly ISIS, I don’t give a damn”

Nice Whirlybird, is it time for a bug hunt?

Chris, LOVE the top two panels. It would be a dream, to be able to chopper hunt ISIS, illegals, “coyotes”, “mules”, and other forms of inbound aliens.
And by aliens, I mean not only those that are foreign to this country by birth, and choose to enter and take advantage illegally; but also those foreign by mentality (they could be native born), those that do not support this country, this culture, and this Constitution.

Lurker here; love all the work you put into this… even when I stay up WAY too long reading from first to last…

Is it me, or does Rhett look like Humphrey Bogart?

Going out on a limb here but GOTTA swallow my pride and ask the question.

(timid, shaky voice) Who’s Rhett? From the way Chris drew him he could be a real-world person and I probably ought to recognize him – at least the name. But for the life of me this Sunday a.m., I don’t have a freaking clue who he is.

      Roessel

Thanks, Bad Cyborg. I was thinking the same thing. Chris is great at answering questions like that. He was Johnny on the spot in answering my question on Zed’s tattoo being an SF one.

Contest winners too! 🙂 Don’t forget I’m bringing Pamela’s avatar to the Grand Opening with me…strictly platonic of course; wifey wouldn’t come, she’s not big on cigar clubs, good hooch, and deep BS sessions.

      • May 17, 2015 at 12:03 pm
        Pamela

Platonic is most appropriate. Since my avatar carries a rather nasty knife and a some chain with her ensemble.

Decent cigars, moderated consumption of alcohol and food, intelligent conversation with good patriotic folk is something to look forward to these days.
Might even tell a true tale or two myself.

Don’t doubt that Pamatar can take care of herself, but I’m more concerned about Real Life Wife, a badass Georgia girl…Jenner might want to lose his, but I’m rather attached to mine and I’d like to keep it (them) that way!

Just out of curiosity, are you thinking how to connect Don-level supporters into story lines? Such as former SF associates of Zed?

    • May 17, 2015 at 11:47 am
      Chris Muir

As they’re automatically gold-level members of the DD club they make an appearance at the club; either as a topic for that Sunday (much like the Skye-Level topic) AND their visual inclusion in the club, if they wish.

To the Big Henry:Links are fine; but promoting your site here is another. Don’t do that.

BigHenry; I like your comments and your site, but this venue is for DBD readers; not even for me.We all have fun here, and that means you, too! So carry on, and thanks.:)
