I am delighted to announce in the election today the people of Ontario, Canada, finally awakened and kicked the regressive leftist Liberal Party from power… kicked them hard enough so they will likely lose official party status…
Conservative Doug Ford is the new premier with a strong majority government. I hope Ford gets busy and starts purging the legislative legacy of the Liberals.
In 2019, I sincerely hope and pray that the people of Canada will finally awaken and kick regressive leftist Justin Trudeau and his Liberal Party from federal power… And I hope they kick ’em hard enough to lose official party status.

It was fun to watch the Liberal News Media lose their heads over this whipping! They had been trying to sell an “anybody but Ford” story, close race with the New Democrats, etc. The people spoke very loudly and showed their influence is pretty well gone.
The leftists used all of their usual tactics… they even tried to compare Doug Ford (our new Premier… equivalent to a governor) to Trump during the campaign. The media eventually recognized the incumbent Liberals were crashing & burning so they tried to bolster the reputation of the other major party which is (believe it or not) to the left of the Liberals. Common sense prevailed.
In less than 24 hours, the leftists are already whining about changing the electoral system because more people voted for leftist parties than for the Conservatives.
The next battle to save Canada will be in 2019 when we have a federal election. With any amount of luck, Prime Minister Zoolander… I mean Trudeau and his regressive Liberals will be kicked to the curb.
