    Man in the Middle

The objectionable quote by Tapscott was at 8AM, and is as bad as advertised, tho he updated later to say he was quoting an opposing view. On the bright side, he posted two other better articles from The Epoch Times later in the day. That said, the only co-blogger at Instapundit I like much is Sarah Hoyt, and Glenn Reynolds himself. Seems like all the others can’t be counted on when it matters.

That was my question ref prof Reynolds’s chat w/DT. Quotes I’ve seen were uninspiring from Trump as expected but from Reynolds’s also as unexpected?

Granted what I saw quoted was filtered, but wtf is going on with all of our so-called “leaders”…

Sure is looking like this charge, if it happens, has got to be led by grassroots bull by the horn young firebrands like DeSantis but mostly by MAGA adherents like us here…or are we kicking the can to the next guy or to the next gen to deal with, just like our erstwhile inspirations Don and Glenn?

Cornyn is so deep in the swamp that he doesn’t even come up for breath. The sooner he’s gone, the better…

The creepiest thing is how they’re all suddenly using the phrase “our democracy”, even “our precious democracy” exactly like Gollum. Since Science has proven that every syllable they say is an upside-down lie, what they’re really telling us is that we are no longer living in a democracy and that it’s no longer ours.

But everyone here at DBD already knew that. Still, it’s ultra-creepy. Gollums, one and all.

      Their calling it the equivalent of 9/11 or Pearl Harbor tells us that;

      1. They consider “Flyover Country” a hostile foreign nation.

      2. They consider any disagreement with them, let alone any open statement of same, an act of war.

      3. In the light of (1) and (2) they are mortally justified in doing whatever is necessary to destroy the “enemy”.

Of course, they would do (3) anyway, in fact they’ve been attempting it one way or another for decades.

And they do have roughly the mentality of Gollum. Who, it should be pointed out, was a paranoid schizophrenic.

How much of this is due to their dogmas and how much may be due to senile dementia (in the case of their septuagenarian Fearless Leaders), and how much may be due to drug use and/or simple homicidal psychosis (on the part of BLAMtifa, academia, and etc.) is difficult to say.

Of course, if what they are saying boils down to “We hates you all! You all must die! EEYYAARRRGGHH!” over and over again, the exact “motivation” does not really matter.

What they’ll try to do about it absolutely does.

“…the exact motivation does not matter.”

Correct, all of their shenanigans and machinations by their various departments of evil (absolutely including perhaps the worst, the RINO’s), are irrelevant but to their fealty to The Godhead and The Cause, whatever/whoever that may actually be.

And there is only one response. CRA Now!

“The creepiest thing” ~ Why they all sound the same. Soros funded media echo chamber: The Democracy Integrity Project, or TDIP. Among other activities, it pumps out daily “research” briefings to prominent Washington journalists, as well as congressional staffers.

Sadly, Click Disease is a malady that can strike almost anybody.
Symptoms include hyperbole, compromise of principles, and compromise of ethics.
The disease is Progressive and is reversible only in rare cases.

I’ll go ahead and say Ted threw himself under the bus and then started screaming he was sorry when the wheels rolled over him.

He said what he really thinks the first time. Compromised? Of course, who isn’t? Certainly DJT and even Reynolds show all the signs in that pathetic drawn out little whine-fest the other night.

Halley says our spokespeople are being decimated. Since that actually means reduced by a tenth (hence deci) I am searching for the word that means reduced by 90%.

It’s not an exact definition, but genocide comes to mind, and is accurate as so many have been essentially killed off by nefarious forces, so yeah.
