Interesting turn of events. Apparently, Tyler is a happy, well-adjusted trans person who is up front about his/her situation. My tolerance level has increased as my years have advanced. I hope that I would extend the same consideration to Tyler that I accord to my gay and liberal friends. If we share the same basic values, then we can be friends without obsessing on our differences.

Unfortunately the “You have to watch me naked in your dressing room” or “You have to let me beat you on sports” or “You have to let me trans your child” people ruin it for the reasonable ones.
For a woman my age I am unusually tall. Pseudo-men are generally short with somewhat reedy voices. But, standing in a small group discussing usual social trivia and his work making jewelry a pseudo-man can project confident manhood and seem to loom over me even as I look down on him, Don’t scoff. This is a real thing. I think a lot of his “presence” came from his quiet settled confidence about who and what he was.

Nope. Sorry, not sorry. Not accepting trans anything. I don’t care who “they” voted for, something is wrong with them. I won’t be following this line like the last time Chris threw us a curveball. I’ll check back in a few weeks and hopefully this trans nonsense will have passed. I won’t have it in my life, I won’t have it in my toons.

It`s possible to make a female body from
a male body (physically) but at this point
I don`t think it`s possible to add the ‘Frank
and Beans’ to a female who thinks it is a
male.

My sister was as tough as any guy I knew
til she was about 11-12, then turned into
a girl; in today`s world the maniacal left
would have decreed that she was really
a boy, and may have tried to have her
corrected, and made into a boy.
I think this Trans stuff is a type of mental

A small but, I think, vital nit to pick. I am totally tired of the mis-application and purposeful misuse of terms in the English language. To wit:
“Gender” is a term of grammar referring to the status of nouns and pronouns. There are three genders: masculine, feminine and neuter.
“Sex” is a biological term referring to the bi-polar sexuality of all life on this planet. There are two sexes: male and female. Androgynes and hermaphrodites do not count, as they do not breed true.
Years ago, I worked with a guy that decided to transition. He had to do therapy for a year and live as woman for a year before he could do so (can’t remember if that was concurrently). He went through it and transitioned. Hard on his wife and kids, but word was they were supportive. I don’t think those kinds of requirements exist anymore. Too bad, I think irreversible decisions should be examined closely.
I see all kinds of weirdness in this world and happily ignore it, if it is leaving me alone. I grew up and worked heavy industry most of my working years. All the workers were men and none ever showed any deviant signs. Yes they were out there, but were not in that physically demanding and usually semi-dangerous to that Will kill you world.

The difference is recognizing a problem and dealing with it Vs recognizing an opportunity and causing a problem (which is the real problem).

She was probably someone’s favorite tomboy as a youngun and no one told her that was often normal.
I for one fully support Trans people when they are 18 or older. I understand they are fighting a lot of demons to make that societal “jump.”
I only have two problems with the whole thing.
One, they are militant about it. Demanding a certain treatment, being upset over being misgendered, let me think about it no.
Two, they want to do it to kids. Children and adolescents are already confused and unsure (I know I was), don’t add to their internal mayhem.
