One of them, a classic “bull dyke”, was “bubbly” (to use the approbation in the article), especially when we were . . . uh, “intensely enjoying each other’s company”, so to speak. Years ago, my youngest sister had to go to Vegas to get a new company store ready to open. Dad hit the roof when he found out she was going with a male coworker. Dad came off the roof when he saw the coworker.
Long hair, leopard print shirt, fuschia jeans, red cowboy boots with silver stitching and princess pink nail polish. A week later they were back. The store successfully opened. Dad didn’t say anything about her traveling for work after that since the dressers in the industry at that time were mostly gay.
