    HMMM, cliffs…… 🙂

  • Deplorable B Woodman

Force our enemies off the pali (cliffs)? It worked for King Kamehameha (ka-may-ha-may-ha) when he was unifying the Hawaiian Islands under his rule.
And cliffs aren’t limited to coastal states. We have lots of them here in Utah. The Utah Search and Rescue had to rescue three people over the weekend (so far) who had gone hiking and fallen off cliffs.

  • Deplorable B Woodman

Nice to see Zed being “schooled” for a change.
It’s late, and I had to read this strip several times to separate who was talking.

    • JackDeth 72

      Yep…

It’s nice to see Master Sniper, Zed off the prone and starting to view the world; its mystique and mysteries through something other than an adjustable Leupold & Stevens Rifle Scope.

The marchers are being ushered up Mexico’s Gulf coast to Brownsville, Texas, mainly because the government in Mexico City doesn’t really control much of the western or northern parts of the country. Those are the demesnes of the drug cartels, and the coyoteros who aren’t on the central government’s payroll.

The marchers are claiming “birthright citizenship” in Estados Unidos by virtue of being born in… South America. By that logic, I should be able to legally claim lands in Wales, Shropshire, and West Sussex.

Their pious protestations would be more convincing if they were coming across the border from Baja into California. But of course it’s already “blue”, so those “new voters” are needed elsewhere.

Ideally, the Texas National Guard would be at the Brownsville city limits to meet them. But more likely, there will be more buses than New Orleans didn’t bother to use during Katrina to get the “new voters” to where the Democrats need them to seize control of both houses of Congress in November.

Incidentally, nearly-simultaneous “marches” to force the U.S. border with Mexico, and to force the Israeli border with Gaza, both with women and children up front as “human shields”, are just a bit too coincidental to be a real coincidence.

Once more, we see that the parallels between the Palestinian “movement” and the “Reconquista” are too close to miss. Unless, like the news media, you’re deliberately ignoring them, because you’re rooting for both.

    • These are the same tactics that chairman mao used in China. Eventually, the youths started killing their elders. Turned in their parents for re-education. Changed the culture. Until a new group of children went back to somewhat old ways. Why do you think the Chinese instituted the one child policy. You might think it was good ecological population control. I think it was to keep from having to go through another childrens’ revolution. The Chinese loved their children and were probably reluctant to harmfully discipline them, just like us. Same thing’s happening now. We have had 50 years for our education system to indoctrinate our children, inure us to the problem and ignore the consequences at any cost.

    • Interventor

The march may be a prog strategy of a bridge too far.

Time to form a line of sight wall of national guard members and border patrol agents until the wall is built. Put Mexico on notice that any direct fire from their side by anyone will result in earth tilling by A10s and Apaches. C130s standing by for mass return of unwanted deliveries.

It’s also long past time to use our technological prowess and tactical strike capabilities to flatten the cartel strongholds. Since we CAN and haven’t, the only logical conclusion is that “we” don’t want to.

Time to bring back a little colonialism. The world was better ordered under the British Empire. And before airplanes.

    • gruundehn

My first read of your post was in reference to AC-130s plowing up the border region in response to fire from the Mexico side. Damn, I love that airplane.

I’ve advocated for a number of years now that we should invade Mexico and make the northern states into US territories. But that would require a gov’t that had balls and wasn’t so concerned with being liked by the rest of the world.

      • eon

The last time we seriously invaded Mexico (1848, not 1916) we did an equally serious amphib to take the capital, which is in the far southern part of the country. Hence the first line of the Marine Corps Hymn, “From the Halls of Montezuma”.

If we ever have to do it again, which seems increasingly likely, I strongly recommend that this time , we don’t give it back.

As in, “Congratulations, you are now a U.S. protectorate”. Which does not grant free movement into the U.S., as with a “possession” such as Puerto Rico.

Granted, it smacks of old time “Yankee imperialism”. But I seriously doubt that even the old United Fruit Co. could do a worse job of running Mexico than the limpieza-blooded Hidalgo descendants that have run it for over a century and a half have done.

Filipinos were given passports as American nations, who could travel internationally. But, not enter US wthout a visa.

Is there some sort of collision course underway?

That alley crash scene from ‘Payback’ keeps running through my head.

Anyone go to the Magpul 30-round magazine giveaway in Vermont yesterday?

    • JSStryker

Sorry I missed it since I am in Missouri. I have been stocking up on Magpul and Lancer mags though.

      • Delilah T.

Stock up on ammo, too, because when the silly Dems start having fits about GUNNZZZZ, never mind the ammo, there will be runs on ammo that will make it difficult to get.
Remember when that happened during the Previous Administration? Stores and manufacturers couldn’t keep up with the demand. The rumors flew like leaves in autumn – everywhere!
I have to go dig that up now. I do not remember the cause for it but it had something to do with “single purchase amounts allowed” – something like that.

        • JSStryker

Yup been stockpiling ammo for some time now, need to change away from 5.56 for a little bit and stockpile some 7.62 NATO and 7.62×39 now

Which species has more capacity for critical, independent thinking:

    1. The Lemming
    2. The Democrat

    Difficult, isn’t it?

    • Interventor

      There’s a difference?

  • nonncom

Maybe with a little assistance the herd mentality will take over and they will run off those cliffs voluntarily….we can only hope….

    • Deplorable B Woodman

Just so long as we can keep them together and herd them in the right direction.

  • Delilah T.

I can’t find anything on 5,000 illegals being moved north from Mexico, so if there’s some valid source, I would appreciate the link to it. I know that 5,000 Somalis were sent back to their homeland in eastern Africa last year, but it’s now a war zone, probably worse than when they left.
Lemmings? Aren’t they more like army ants? No minds of their own, completely programmed to follow whatever path is scented out by scout ants, mostly females with a few drone males to fertilize the Queen Ant, and they’ll bundle up in huge numbers to attack (or dismantle) something they see as opposition to their embedded commands. I’ve wondered for a long time if the Queen Alien in that movie (Aliens) was based on wasps or ants.
But politicians on the left side of the fence – I really think they’re all drones of some kind. Once they cast a quarter into the ring to play, they get zapped with a brain blocker and a microchip that directs all that they do.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

  • tom ploszaj

The invasion will most likely happen. POTUS will succumb to the Dems / MSM tears and allow the invasion to happen as an humanitarian act. If there was an actual border enforcement plan then Taylor and Wool notes in the West Point archives of their 1846 campaigns in the area with today’s sat maps would pin point containment areas in Mexico. Bush used preemptive actions, may be time for another. Nieto because of July’s election appears is allowing this flash point to happen. Only if there was someone in the White House who was not also so concerned about being reelected .

    • tom ploszaj

After Delilah’s comment. I have not research this fact and until I do I will add this declaimer to my previous post:
If there are immigrants on the move

      • Delilah T.

I just like to see something to back up/confirm what appears on the surface to be a bit over the top.
There is enormous turmoil going on everywhere, and something is stirring it up. However, there is a meeting in the works for Trump, Xi Xinping, and Putin very soon, which is almost a throwback to the Cold War Big Three (USA, USSR, Red China), Someone has said they should all be on the same plate because are a lot alike, but that was speculation on his part, so I take a wait and see attitude on it. However, there is the possibility that some real agreements might occur, and things shift toward a better direction.
        Eternal optimist here.

  • Cliff H

It seems to me that Brownsville is the destination because they can wade across the Rio Grande rather than trek through Chihuahua desert into Arizona or New Mexico.

As this appears to be a government-sanctioned invasion it would seem that Border Patrol or even National Guard sharpshooters should be employed to turn them back at the border.

“Shots across the bow,” that is. Progs would have a field day in the press if any of these illegals were actually hit.

    • Kafiroon

The Israelis had the same problem Friday. Reports of 30,000+ “peace full marchers” to push down the chain link fence and attack them with knives, clubs and axes. There was approx 1,400 wounded and about 15 killed according to reports I heard. Hamas admited to 5 of their terrorists being killed.

  • WayneM

I always figured the collectivists were more of the hive mentality than the lemmings.

Lemmings are typical of the r-selected species… driven to breed, mindless of the consequences of overbreeding, typically prey species.

Hive-minds are no like r-selected species. Overbreeding is done selectively to expand territory. Central planning directed by the oligarchs, surrounded/protected/catered to by drones using the production of the workers. Intruders are viciously attacked and killed if possible.

  • rickn8or

Buses? C-130’s? Fine. March ’em aboard, drive/fly to the Canadian border, and march them across at gunpoint. Let Trudeau deal with ’em.

    • John

We have rail and box cars that can be locked from the outside.
Load them up with “refugees” and provisions for 3 days.
Trudeau wants immigrants, we’ll give them to him.

      • WayneM

No, thanks… Canada already has enough leftist assholes!!

I’m hoping the 2019 election will see Little Potato and his merry band of idiots tossed from power resoundingly…

A nice long and wide napalm bloom across their path. Close enough for them to get singed. On Mexican soil. And tell the Mexicans if they want to complain , we will shut off the money transfer to them.

      • Interventor

No napalm in inventory. Demiled decade ago.

        • Deplorable B Woodman

Easy to improvise. Gasoline, styro plastic, soap powder. Mason jars and burning wicks. I’m sure there are many references online to making the stuff.
Who? Me? Look it up? Nawww…………..not yet, anyway.

  • Pamela

Why not do an Eminent domain of 100 yards inside our side of the border making it Federal Land.

  • Fortyback

This would be a good use of the ADS, Active Denial System. ADS will ensure that they will get a VERY WARM reception

    • lurking

Actually the best idea here. Non lethal, just uncomfortable as hell.

  • JTC

Chris, don’t think the taking of my God’s name in vain on Easter Sunday by the likes of that pig Bawbwa was missed…a very likely and appropriate little zinger you dropped in there. That is who and what she/it and her ilk are.

  • NotYetInACamp

This does classify as a regular invasion, though with an asymmetric army.

Crank up the military with Border Patrol and cooperative local police taking part.
Crank up the military tribunals for the disposition of all cases from where they have been detained. Military colonists or military combatant, they are a military attack without uniforms.
Discover all of the planners and backers and have the approprite agencies render them back to Gitmo for trial. Soros included, of course, and friends.
We no longer have the responsibility morally to help them as we wanted to in the past. The entire situation has been sculpted by globalists to replace the USA population with willing leftist voters.

There is plenty of law to return them after a summary military hearing. Do so.
maybe one or two exceptions as there are always the exception.
Apply the law. Unceremoniously return them to their ntions. We could help slightly, but our funds have been tapped by the progressives and their ilk spending many tens of billions bringing millions of the enemy here, and the costs they create every year.

    Apply the law.
