To be truly neighbourly and protect the refugees and their culture from dilution, instead of flying them all across the country without even checking to see if any of the gangs slipped a few agitators in, build them a nice cozy town of their own where they can be easily provided for while they wait for their country to sort itself out…and put a high fence around it !!!
