To be fair, previous administrations coddled NATO until good times made weak men. That’s an explanation, not an excuse.
What I worry about is that France has 290 nuclear weapons with delivery systems. Great Britain has 225. If Islam takes over those two countries Tehran will control 515 nukes, nearly as many as China at 600.
