Constitutionally the President CAN invoke the Insurrection Act.

All of “can’t, won’t, shouldn’t, and mustn’t,” are feelings, nothing more than feelings….

He can invoke any act he damned well pleases, that does not mean the nomenklatura in the DOIJ will prosecute. See yesterday’s strip for illustration. Barr, Durham and company have an airtight, open-and-shut case and flat out will not prosecute. PERIOD!!! Get it through your heads, friends. The nomenklatura WILL NOT police itself – not now, NOT EVER!

“Perpetual virgin” . . . Isn’t that what jehadists are promised 72 of when they dies for the cause? A few years back I was visiting with my Dad’s last surviving sibling and mentioned the Mud-slime’s vision of paradise. Her response was something like “Eternity with 72 women doesn’t sound like heaven to me!” Smart lady, that one. Real smart lady.

I keep wondering how Civil War 2.0 will play out. The lines are urban areas vs rural areas. No Maison-Dixon line for the sides to fall back on. What will be the Fort Sumter moment? I think it will be the Nationalization of everyone’s 401K, but for that, it will take a democratic President, House, and Senate.

Like watching a remake of the Titanic, you’ve seen this movie before in Yugoslavia, Zimbabwe, Somalia, and other countries. The boat sinks.

Divisions along racial, tribal, and family lines. The settling of old scores leaves grievous wounds that won’t heal for generations. Most of the destruction in urban areas with cities becoming significantly depopulated. Those individuals who are notable will find that their prominence and fame ensures their and their families continuous targeting and certain death.

I’m afraid that’s just the problem. The Left is a symptom of human nature, not a mere political movement. Killing them all only delays the inevitable. New ideas based on other equally specious notions will arise to be advocated at the point of a gun.
The only thing we can do is push for the Rights of the Individual and the Rule of Law. We have made great strides over the centuries doing just that and ,objectively speaking, we are no where near losing our grip unless our own side panics.

Read a series of books recently that brought home an important truth about civil war in our time. It’s all right if you’re on the winning side but not so much if you’re not. In the book there was a foreign led/financed concerted effort to massively influence the 2020 election up to and including terrorist actions at early-voting poling places. When the conspiracy was exposed the incumbent in the WH tried everything in hi power to get the word out and publish the facts and evidence. Unfortunately, the left-controlled media labelled it “fake news” and whipped up support for insurrection. The left’s candidate “won” a narrow electorial victory but the incumbent refused to accept the results, having a vast store of incontrovertible evidence that the election had been rigged. Anyhow, long story short, the left’s candidate declared victory and ended upsetting up a government in exile while calling for a popular revolt. Over a dozen Democrat Governors sided with the Prog natch) and got much of their State Guards to refuse to nationalize after declarations of emergency and martial law.

After the dust settled the crossover National Guard members along with any civilians who fought with the rebels were rounded up and put into camps. Once there they were swiftly tried under military law and most were either shot or hung.

I believe that if there IS a Civil War, there will be no amnesty for the soldiers on the losing side – ESPECIALLY if it is folke like us end up on the losing side. I see no reason to believe that, should the Progs win, any all enemy combatants will be rounded up and executed – possibly without even a sham trial. Following that any/all visible/vocal dissidents will be rounded up and sent to camps for “reeducation’,

I”m not sure that’s necessary. These idiots can’t survive without the abundance of provisions you find at STORES. They do not know how to be self-sufficient. If they want popcorn, they don’t get out a saucepan with a lid and put the oil and popcorn in that. They have to have a microwave and the ‘wave envelope full of it.
Find a way to isolate them that they can’t escape and I think they will wilt like weeds in a drought. Winter is coming, you know. Those tents they inhabit in a spot near Portland’s highway overpasses won’t keep them warm or fed, no matter what they think. It will be wet and cold where they are, with no way to get out of it into a warm environment.

They sky has finally cleared out the gray smoke from those fires, where I am. Clear and blue, some puffy clouds. May whoever set those fires get paid back for it.

If Trump wins, the left will try to contest the results until 1/21/21, so they can put Pelosi or someone like her in office. If Biden wins, welcome to the USSA. Take Psalm 91 very seriously, because you will absolutely need the protection. The Insurrection Act is probably a necessity at this point, when the media will call Trump a totalitarian dictator.

Considering the behavior of the Democrats and their allies since before the 2016 election on up to the present time, the next US Supreme Court Justice must be approved by the Senate. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell must fast track the process. The Democrats removed the limitations on rules in the past. We must approve a new Justice who will follow the US Constitution.
This part of the war must be won now.

The Democrats will try to pack the Supreme Court if they win enough seats, whether a new Justice has been appointed or not.
