It would automatically raise the national IQ by 20 points. And reduce the national debt.

Dude! Instead of swapping Hong Kong for Cali, ship all the Dems, Comms, Progs, Socis and Ill-legals to Hong Kong and bring the Hong Kong Residents that want Freedom here.

Even just a one-for-one population exchange (including bank accounts) would net the US out way ahead.
Especially when you reflect on the consequences for those in California who actually think they _want_ a Communist government.

Gardeners make an honest living. But American-style entrepreneurship is the Hong Kong model.

So we trade the people and they keep the countries…double the population on eight times the land mass, how long before the HK people transform PR into an economic powerhouse with proximity geographically and philosophically and politically with the USA?

Conversely, how long before the current inhabitants of PR turn the gleaming and productive HK into a packed slum?

It seems like Trump realizes China doesn’t play fair… ever… and they’re not actually playing… Whether Trump will be able to make enough of an impact in how US companies… and other countries… interact with China remains to be seen.

Of course, Canada’s pathetic excuse for a Prime Minister expressed his open admiration for China’s “basic dictatorship” in the past…

Well, not all of those west of the Cascades are WillametteValleyAxis-SeaTac nutjobs. Most of us who live in the Beaver and Evergreen States and surround those $#!+heads have productive jobs, even if in other parts of the country and world.

Quebec is Canada. Canada is Quebec. Ask any Quebecer, like Mini-Tru, and they’ll tell you so.

As far as they’re concerned, everybody else can fall in line, or get baisé. Which they will be delighted to do for you, in any orifice they please.

Quite a few northern New Yorkers, as well. Drove to the Frederick Remington museum a few years ago. Area looks like the depression never left. Plus. viewed a photo of a captain of Indian scout. We share the same name, plus an uncanny resemblance.

The Chinese can just wait maybe 20 years, then they can simply take over running this country. That should be no problem for those that look at the long view.
Now since the proglodytes definitely do not even consider the results of their dreams to control everything/everyone; the USA, as we know it, will completely collapse. The solar/wind/ whatever dream they have has fail/collapse built in. There is not enough rare earth material to build all they need. For only ONE fail factor in those dreams. Note califlakes “brownouts” from lack of maintenance/infrastructure. What did ecofreaks use for lighting before wood fires?
Electricity! Remember: They want us old white dudes dead. AND, they are are NOT teaching the young white (or other colors) dudes, how to build, fix, maintain, or create anything anymore. Math, physics, and hard science is racist white privilege. How many people are learning what all the new programs are for the latest CNC machines? Industrial electricians? Water system engineers? Etc. Etc. Etc.
So I figure with us old farts gone and not enough replacements, the country is ripe for the taking.

They tell me that many of their classmates went for easy light weight jobs.
Problem is that Medical does not keep infrastructure of the country running. We just do not have enough new people learning like your nephew. Industrial jobs and construction have been begging for years.

I’ve heard a few Democrats in private say how they admire China’s authoritarian One-Party State (“it’s the only way to get things done!”). I’ve no doubt it’s a shared feeling among most.

Sorry. Seemed apropos. Because it comes right after this:

“Out of work, I’m out of my head
Out of self respect, I’m out of bread
I’m underloved, I’m underfed, I want to go home.”

The Chinese, or more precisely, the Mongols, because that’s who we’re actually talking a bout her, have always had the same attitude toward toadies that the Islamists have.

As the Sultan Mehmed II said to the “notables” of Constantinople who opened the gates and surrendered the city to him in 1467, “You have betrayed your own people. Why should I leave you alive to betray me in turn?”

Then he had the lot of them beheaded and let his army go on to sack the city.

A Red Chinese ‘triumph” over the United States, even an economic one, won’t be pleasant, even or especially for those who facilitate it.

The clown show will never move into his chamber. Several reasons: 1. Despite years of investigations, double-secret probation, and millions of dollars, they haven’t uncovered a crime (or even a high misdemeanor); 2. San Fran Nan and are schiff-for-brains are enjoying running the current version of the “investigation” aka “mudslinging”; and 3. Nan at least is a shrewd enough politician to realize that if the House ever actually voted on anything they would be responsible to their districts and would lose any district that was even remotely purple.

What gardeners? Automated gardener ushers in new era of ‘robotony’

The country has a labor shortage. Dems are pushing a $15/hr minimum. The cost of workers is going up. So innovation has responded with robot gardeners and harvesters. Crops are now grown better and cheaper indoors, which is better for automation.

The “need” for bringing in illegal immigrants for agricultural work will be going away soon enough. So Dems are eager to get in as many future constituents now as possible. But also lots of people south of the border need those remittances from family working up here, and the cartels have expanded into formerly legitimate businesses those people buy from.

So don’t be surprised as to how Dem campaign finance reform proposals to remove “big money” lead to tens of thousands of small donations tied to the crime syndicates. And Progressives discover a “right to work” that includes illegals.
