I did hear that there are about 6400 people (or was it families) that own much of the world and do not want us to waste it by using it. But that is just hearsay.
The formerly royal families of Europe and some elsewhere make it up. Various crowned heads of Europe (former royalty imo) still own huge corporations, Many oil companies have such major ownership. The ownership pyramid has very few at the top owning vast amounts of what is defined as the world’s wealth.

Conspiracies don’t work, largely because they require two or more egotistical, narcissistic megalomaniacs to agree on something for more than twenty seconds.
What we are dealing with is a combination of dogmas and beliefs. The enlightened elite’ KNOW they are Right About Everything, because they only ever talk to each other.
And they spend most of their time jetting off to conferences and going to cocktail parties and having faculty lounge teas where they applaud each other and pat each on the back for their inherent wonderfulness.
As for the rest of humanity- other than enough serfs to fill their needs, the elite’ wishes they would all just die, so the elite’ could have Holy Mother Gaia all to themselves.

Conversely, they rejoice in the armament, chaos, and destruction of the likes of Islamists. Because they are “authentically mystical”, and untainted by Western values the elite’ themselves reject.
They dream of a Utopia in which, as Ayn Rand said, they fly to the moon at a thought. The concept of needing a Saturn V and finding only dust and rocks there is anathema to them; surely, the Goddess Selene MUST have craters full of The Really Great Drugs!

Like it or not, the XX Chromosome card gets played often, because it works.
One example, the sheriff in our semi-rural Fla county was elected 12 years ago in a landslide year for Republicans. That was when Bush the Junior was handed gobs of “political capital” as he called it, and the big T was on everyone’s mind, with the big R’s being the beneficiaries on the premise they would handle those issues best.
That included here, where every elected office in the county went to the R’s…except Sheriff. And not because of qualification or experience; the bitch as she was called by the Lt’s and Cpt’s that hung around my pawn and gun store (all of who were eligible retired immediately after the election), was pretty universally disliked in the department and was a sergeant mostly having been involved in administrative and public contact roles, almost none in actual, you know, law enforcement. Further, my young friend Mike was an Lt. with a master’s in CJ, a minor in accounting, 12 years in every facet of cop work, and just the personality to be tough as nails and empathetic at the same time.
Didn’t matter. “We” had the opportunity to elect the first female sheriff in Fla who didn’t follow her husband into the office. Local D’s were joined by statewide coalitions promoting not just the party, but femaledom for its own sake. And they were joined by TONS of local R’s, even ones staunchly R and staunchly conservative in every other race and every other principle.
Yes, it works. It is of course working right now as much as anything else in sweeping the beast into a position far above her level of competence. And it is working as well among those who are being courted stricty by gender as NYIAC states above, along with the other AllBlanksMatter groups.
Racism, sexism, classism, and all the other isms are just as prevalent, just as dangerous, and just as wrong in their “reverse” forms as in the traditional forms where they are universally disdained, and yet so many are blind to that and just don’t grok it.

Truth is, we’d be better of if the election was another year away. Much more of the Zero’s house of cards (Obamacare, iran/Syria debacle, etc.) and a lot more leaking going on (wikileaks, hillz losing her water and her shit). But that’s not how it is, so we have to play the cards we’ve been dealt.

But I don’t think Trump wants his biggest “deal” to be a loser, and I don’t think he has a death-wish.
So to their question, I say, nothing would be different except that instead of a snowball’s chance, we’d have none at all. One example, the sheriff in our semi-rural Fla county was elected 12 years ago in a landslide year for Republicans. That was when Bush the Junior was handed gobs of “political capital” as he called it, and the big T was on everyone’s mind, with the big R’s being the beneficiaries on the premise they would handle those issues best.
That included here, where every elected office in the county went to the R’s…except Sheriff. And not because of qualification or experience; the bitch as she was called by the Lt’s and Cpt’s that hung around my pawn and gun store (all of who were eligible retired immediately after the election), was pretty universally disliked in the department and was a sergeant mostly having been involved in administrative and public contact roles, almost none in actual, you know, law enforcement. Further, my young friend Mike was an Lt. with a master’s in CJ, a minor in accounting, 12 years in every facet of cop work, and just the personality to be tough as nails and empathetic at the same time.
Didn’t matter. “We” had the opportunity to elect the first female sheriff in Fla who didn’t follow her husband into the office. Local D’s were joined by statewide coalitions promoting not just the party, but femaledom for its own sake. And they were joined by TONS of local R’s, even ones staunchly R and staunchly conservative in every other race and every other principle.
Yes, it works. It is of course working right now as much as anything else in sweeping the beast into a position far above her level of competence. And it is working as well among those who are being courted stricty by gender as NYIAC states above, along with the other AllBlanksMatter groups.
Racism, sexism, classism, and all the other isms are just as prevalent, just as dangerous, and just as wrong in their “reverse” forms as in the traditional forms where they are universally disdained, and yet so many are blind to that and just don’t grok it.

But I don’t think Trump wants his biggest “deal” to be a loser, and I don’t think he has a death-wish.
So to their question, I say, nothing would be different except that instead of a snowball’s chance, we’d have none at all.
