Not counting the 13,186 “celebratory” rounds fired in the opening minutes of New Year’s Day, more than 172,540 shots were fired (with malice, forethought not required and in short supply) in Chicago during 2024.
The total number of individuals shot was 3076. (More than 56 rounds fired for each person hit.)
The total number of individuals shot and killed was 575. (More than 300 rounds fired for each individual killed.)
The scariest fact is that the perps and their supporters/enablers vote.
Correct. 2023. 2024 will undoubtedly be worse. Election years always are.

Cognitive dissonance is an outdated term which no longer applies to the left. It implies some measure of discomfort at simultaneously believing mutually exclusive things. The modern left can effortlessly and painlessly believe as many contradictions at any given time as are necessary to get their way.
Cognitive disconnect better suits their current zeitgeist, given that each and every ‘fact’ they adhere to exists in a vacuum disconnected from any other thought, preventing, therefore any contradictions from existing.

The downfall of our society is already underway, as the triggers were passed and Americans sat down and took the abuse. Now the Dems are arming the criminal invaders and California, Chicago and New York are even recruiting invaders into their police forces. This is how they are building their army of criminals to wage actual war on the American people.
Every time I see the news of the savage behavior of our underclass, I mutter as reminder, “It isn’t the color, it’s the culture.” But the dirty trick that the communist/Democrats pulled back in the ’60s was to get the savages to conflate the two, creating the nonsensical, but evil term “black culture”. Now the savages can say, “I can get away with being lazy, dishonest, lewd, bellicose, and violent, because it’s hard-wired into my race. But if you white people agree with that, you’re racists.” And the sick weaklings who called themselves “liberals” went along with it, and condemned those who refused to accept the hypocrisy, all playing into the Democrats’ scam. And here we are now, with a cancer that has festered and metastasized to the point that it is about to destroy our nation.
I’m an old man these days. As such, I’ve been able to build an observational database half a century deep. I’ve also completely run out of fucks to give. It’s been quite freeing.

African culture would be appropriate if all black culture that displays such traits were in Africa. As I pointed out, you can have groups in Haiti, Chicago, London, the Congo, or Sweden. All, left to their own devices, fall back to the same patterns of behavior. That doesn’t argue culture, but something deeper.
The fact that such deeper nature can be overcome does not deny its existence.

There’s culture, then there’s also subculture. Sometimes a new subculture grows until it becomes the dominant culture, leaving the original culture as the subculture. In the case of Black Culture, a subculture of what started as just confrontational against current and historical discrimination and abuse became a PRIVILEGED CLASS. They are now the dominant culture. They are privileged to be thugs, ignore laws, abusive to whites, practice reverse-racism, receive discriminatory affirmative action benefits, etc. all while anyone that calls attention to these are called racists. The black subculture now are those that simply want skin color to be irrelevant.
The majority of people who produced the “African-American” population were slaves from West Africa. They were slaves because they failed at tribal life. They were good enough for labor under close supervision on the plantations but produced the urban decay when left to their own devices. The defects that led to African slavery are not simply genetic but there is a higher presence of the faults in the population.
The “POWs” and kidnap victims were often “maroon” (Not the color but isolates who went off to form their own societies. Hence Mexico, Florida and South America.)
We mostly got the “culls”.
The urban population is notorious for violence and a lack of progress. That is understandable since that is what they were selected for.
Education will not help. Many of the “slaves” were failures due to impulsive behavior and or an inability to learn the tribal dialect of their “masters”. The same traits will make the descendants resistant to schooling. Schooling is aimed at those who can learn. Hyper and those who can not persist at a task will fail at school.
