If there were some way to keep the past 8 years in a closed book, but with all those little paper bookmarks sticking out of it, here and there to remind us that we must at all times be vigilant….
Yeah, but that looks to be an increasingly dangerous timeframe. I saw an EXTREME (I hope and pray) speculation that President Obama could use the legally required change-over between Congressional Sessions to do recess appointments. The biggie would, of course, be to the Supreme Court, but there are others as well where he could cause malicious mischief!

I hope the author’s legal acumen exceeds his estimation of Obola.
Thanks for posting that, Bill G. I have not been ‘worried’ about this, mostly because I know what a lazy train-spotting slacker odabadman is, and how much he hates having to actually do his job. It was a particularly good final sentence that made the best point of all: leaving a WDC District Court vacancy that Trump would fill.

As you noticed from actions in the primaries, and then in the discussion and support given prior to the election, the Bush family and the Obama family all were on the global team. Recall even GHWBush and his “New World Order”” speech. Bill and Hillary are also on that NWO team. Reagan was not on the team, but they co opted him with GHWB and a Bush family friend’s bullet.
A 1930’s film showed the local boss controlling all sides in an election in his city. All candidates with any expectation of victory in the 2016 Presidential race were part of the establishment team, even if they differed on many major issues. Recall that only one candidate of all of the candidates rejected amnesty and a path to citizenship for the invaders to our nation. That one candidate is the candidate that won the American people’s vote and is now the person slated to take the oath of office on January 20, 2017, no matter where he might be forced by circumstances to take it.
Obama has been following Cloward-Piven, Alinsky, Stalinist, Leninist, Marxist, and Muslim rules since before the day he occupied the white house.

Reflecting back, I know that I did much to contribute to world peace in the last two years as defined in western civilization. I could rest content on that. But it really only helped set up the battle that is now raging. Remember the power of the individual. Ideas and personal persistence and delivery matter.

Does McCan’t still not realize that his team (leftist traitor statist incompetent valor thief) lost? We’d have been a lot better off if he had been left in his little VC bamboo cell he likes to brag about so much. Maybe they’ll take him back.
Some of this stuff I was unaware of…to think I had a Maverick/Milf ’08 bumper sticker on my truck back then. She did/does live up to her side of the ticket, but it seems he was more of a crash dummy than a top gun.
