With your children, the days can be long, but the years are way too short.

Time to let the twins go, Zed. Let them be the amazing women you and Sam raised.

From an old blog post where I was lamenting just that…

“…before you know it and in the blink of an eye…decades have passed, and you sit with your wife now and then, and watch the old videos, and feel the most awesome sense of love, and loss, and sadness…and pride. It sounds corny…but my friend, embrace and cherish the moment and the feeling…it’s gone before you can turn around, and it’s never coming back.”

My little Girl is 40. She’s been cancer free for 10 years. She got vaxxed and boosted for work. Tested after each jab. T-Cells Dropped.
      Cancer is back.

        Same sentiment here.
        Sad to hear that.

Praying that her immune system strengthens back to where it can take care of what it has to do.

Thank you Gentlemen. I’ve been reading the data from the trials that were done. The Pharmas knew going in that the jabs would trigger cancer to blow up. The Cancer fighting T cells get killed.

So sorry to hear about your daughter. I’ve lost several friends to C but family has so far been spared. We all wish you and her good luck with treatments and please beat this back into remission.

I still call my daughter “Baby Girl” because when she was born, the nurse put wrist and ankle bracelets on her that said “Baby Girl”. I even call her that in front of her friends and she’s in her mid-20s.

I can empathize with Zed on this. Having three ladies of my own, despite their being older, it is hard to let go of the little girls image you superimpose on them – even if they are in their 20’s and 30’s. I’m not a prude, I understand the raging hormones and desires as I had been through them myself, but no man seems quite equal to what you envision for your little girl. And you know heartaches will come, break ups, other men coming in. It’s all part of the growing up process, yet, it’s hard knowing about their relationships, and not picturing it in your mind. And your girls never seem like they are old enough for you to let go.

OT, need prayers to go up for Hon. Clarence Thomas…

The most solidly Conservative Constitutional Constructionist by far, in hospital for several days and SCOTUS refuses to update…

Cannot imagine the horror unleashed if the POS PTB’s are able to shove this woman who won’t identify what a woman is onto the bench, to be joined by whatever evil they can scrape up for Judge Thomas replacement…

I’m still questioning the legality of confirming a replacement before the vacancy exists.

There’s no constitutionally set NUMBER of justices, and we knew they might try court-packing. “vacancy” is a quantum-indeterminate thing when “full” is only half-defined.

I recently had a friend that I had known for over 20 years die from alcohol abuse.

She was an Army veteran, trained as a systems administrator.

Because of the lockdowns, she only had to show up at the office one day a week and take zoom meetings a couple more days a week. She would always appear clear headed and competent at those meetings, Then back to the bottle.

Because she wasn’t seen by others on a regular basis and masked what was going on at other times, there was no one there to intervene on her behalf. Isolation and the bottle killed her.

    She will be missed.

Then remember her. Speak her name out loud. Go to Vet meetings and talk about what happened so other know the same fate won’t get them.

Pamela, so sorry to hear of your daughters cancer recurrence. I will pray she can beat it. It is heart braking I know as I lost my wife in Dec 2015 to the lung cancer. Had it myself 3 times. Prostrate, Bladder and Colon but beat them all so far. Good luck and GOD love your daughter and get her through this.

Trumpublicanism is a disorder where facts are replaced with think tank visions of fake conspiracy and false accusations of upstanding people. A very sad affair due to its cult status mind set.
