Well, it seems Chris Christie isn’t worthless after all! If he’s onboard one of the ships, he’ll take every Ding Dong the Chinese can fire, until they run out! Then he’ll waddle down to the galley for lunch!
I knew several pilots and Crew Chiefs in 5th Fighter Squadron (F-106), which had detachments at several Northern Tier SAC bases. They were VERY happy when the Genie was retired from service.

Treasure Island too. Some shore duty in Washington at Trident refit above Bremerton. 38 shop, 56 shop, 72 shop,28 shop ,etc. Delta pier, great workers, 3-sided pier and drydock for one, Magnetic de gauser drive-thru, with floating drydock. We got stuff done fast with the SSN’s and SSBN’s That worked!
Vets aren’t recommending against the service because of the neocons. It’s because of the woke mentality permeating from the pentagon all the way down to the unit Karen Officer. When the woke military wakes up and starts being a military again, it’ll get the support of vets again. Not until.
We could use more Hungarians and people like them.
