That’s right. GOP. What is it good for? Absolutely nuttin’. Say it again!

What? You never heard of Golden Oldies radio stations?

      • July 30, 2015 at 2:01 am

The music of that era is undeniably some of the best ever written.

A daring World War 2 hero who captured 42 German soldiers armed only with his trusty Scottish sword has been ranked as one of the world’s greatest adventurers, “Mad Jack” Churchill said:
If it hadn’t been for the damn Yanks, that lovely war could have lasted another ten years!. I could even have joined!

They want a war – give ’em one.

War is how we became independent, how slavery ended, how we beat fascism and won the Cold War.

They count on us being afraid.

    Don’t be.

Courage is the secret of a happy heart.

The Revolutionary War broke free the shackles of the Old World.

The World War defeated the evil of Nazis who would burn all not like them.

The Cold War was won by icily staring down designers of world conquest.

The Civil War waged genocide against its own people to prevent them from their own Revolution, to enslave and hold them hostage, and to steal their land and fortune…using slavery as its cruel and ironic ruse.

One of these is not like the others…(hint: slavery was to the CW as tea was to the RW).

Perhaps the saddest aspect of your example is that most of the current generation not only won’t “get it”, they’re actually incapable of getting it even if you try explaining it.

What little history they’ve been taught has been edited, twisted and PC sanitized such that they lack the basic factual knowledge of the foundational principles of this country to even know what information they’re missing, or worse, what they’ve been told that’s just flat out lies.

Decades, in fact nearly a century, of progressive education along with constant reinforcing indoctrination in the media and entertainment industries has been brutally successful. We’re now in the end stages of Gramsci’s long march.

Good question. Why DOES the Republitard Party exist?
With Crybaby Boner and Mummified Mitch in charge, they might as well be called “the other left wing of the Federal Vulture.”

How’s an eagle – or even a vulture – fly with two left wings?

The FedGov Vulture doesn’t have to fly. All it needs to do is hop over to the next portion of the populace corpse to feed upon.

    RAGMOP!

The GOP serve as the blindfold over many patriots eyes that may have slipped quite a bit.

The GOP serves as a source of patriots to enter the fray when the whole thing goes hot.

RINOS and the rest are either the enemy or they will forever curse the days that they stood back.

Obama is due for a trial for his crimes against humanity. Obama has nothing to lose.
His enemy armies that he has invited in will either politely leave or face destruction or horror. The delicate snowflake invaders who will slit a man’s head off without a second thought will be treated as they need to be.
Shoot. I am so serious. R A GG M O PP, Raggop. Gotta have some fun when facing horror.

They’re sorta like the Whig party before the Republicans put them out of their misery. The current Republican Party is a “Spent Force” who’s moral basis for existing faded long ago. They had a final rally when an amazing coincidence gave us John-Paul II, Thatcher, and Reagan to drive the final stake into the heart of Soviet Communism, but after that it became a shadow of what it had been.

The next one, who knows. It may grow out of the TEA-Party’s revulsion with DC’s business-as-usual attitude. It might grow out of a re-invigorated Libertarian or Constitutional Party. Heaven help us if it grows out of the Watermelon (Green) Party. Fortunatly I’m dying of Cancer (Multiple Myeloma) and won’t be around to see the mess between now and then. Good luck, Kids!

      Never give up, my friend.

Indeed, the GOP faction of widdle jackie weeper, twitchy mitch & the rest of the WHINO types is shamefully collaborationist. Still, this is also the party of Trey Gowdy, Ted Cruz, Scott Walker and others whose patriotism and commitment to personal liberty is unquestionable. Objectively, the GOP is pretty much the only ride we have, so rather than sending it to the glue factory, we need to cure it of its current infestation of fleas.

Rather, look at it this way. The Republitards is like a body filled with The Big C (cancer), otherwise known as RINOs and DemonRats. There needs to be operations to, hopefully, remove said cancers before they overwhelm the entire body and kill it.

As the beltway boys want it to be, it would simply be the new version of the old democratic party.
The present democrat party is the fringe elements of that organization.
Both want to push conservatives and libertarians out of D.C., out of power.

The two parties have become what used to be Championship Wrestling from Florida…..the two sides flip a coin to see who will be bad cop, then afterwards they go to a nice club and share drinks and dinner together….this is Washington D.C. today….the two parties have collaborated to take the nation down….JMMHO….

Somewhere along the way some submitted to having their spines and integrity removed. They’ve either lost, misplaced, sold or are deliberately ignoring their moral compass. You can’t just go to a sporting goods store to get one back.

Like the song says, I need a Hero. Only most look to others to play that role in their lives instead of turning ever so slightly for the shadow of the hero already there.

No man, who is not inflamed by vain-glory into enthusiasm, can flatter himself that his single, unsupported, desultory, unsystematic endeavours are of power to defeat the subtle designs and united Cabals of ambitious citizens. When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.

I’ve often wondered what might have happened had the last plane on 9-11 actually HIT THE CAPITOL BUILDING.

Might they have taken things more seriously by realizing that they were so bad that SOMEONE WANTED TO KILL ALL OF THEM!

    Path not taken.

The leadership of both parties sold their integrity and patriotism for power long ago. All they care about now is maintaining their dominion. By definition, integrity is much rarer among politicians than anywhere else. They have no claim to any American’s loyalty or respect.

I’ve always been impressed by how much the classic rock of the sixties and early seventies has remained popular with the twenty-something crowd. I guess they have good taste.
