    Too Tall

“My network’s check to you cleared.”

“Does everyone get a damn trophy now?”

    “Everybody’s a princess.”

The current situation of the world summed up in seven panels and three sentences.

    Well done, Chris.

But seriously folks The Biden Regime and the rest of the Globalist/Fascist/Dem Axis of Evil have forgotten Rule Number One of Warfare as announced by British General Montgomery at conclusion of WW II –

Rule 1, on page 1 of the book of war, is: “Do not march on Moscow”. Various people have tried it, Napoleon and Hitler, and it is no good. That is the first rule.”

No one in his right mind would try.
On the other hand Moscow controls things they may not be able to hold.
Putin &Co. seem to be hell bent on losing everything east of the Urals to Red China by testing out our old inventory on the Russian Army in an effort to keep Not Yet NATO off his border. This in spite of the fact that not only is NATO already a stone’s throw away from St. Petersburg in Estonia but by waging war on a third world country he’s stampeding Sweden and Finland into the NATO camp.
Thanks to Vlad the Invader’s latest chess move Finlandization is dead even if he does reconquer Ukraine. No one can trust Russia not to invade on _any_ pretext.
And if he nukes Ukraine no one can take his word on _anything_. Russia took in Ukraine’s nuclear weapons on the promise they would never use them on Ukraine.

russia took in ukraine’s nukes on the promise they would defend ukraine if attacked.

we promised the same thing, as did france and england.

if we’re not going to do what we promised, I say we rustle up a few nukes and hand them over to the ukranians, and let the chips fall where they may. it’s only fair.

russia will never hold ukraine. if they persist it will last 20 years and bankrupt them if they don’t run out of people first. they’re already picking up people on the street, giving them a few weeks training and dropping them off in ukraine.

mxtoolbox says daybydaycartoon is listed by the NoSolicitado blacklist. multirbl.valli.org says it is listed in the rjek.com blacklist. Neither one of these are major well-known blacklists but perhaps these AV packages are using them regardless.

Good! At least you are consistent with your skepticism!

Twenty years ago I wrote to the Skeptical Inquirer to ask why they were not skeptical of global warming. The editor wrote back that I must be a religious denier of evolution as well.

Everyone that I know and meet supports Ukraine. No one thinks that it may very well be a complete scam. Ukraine is the clearing house for political bribes.

YES- and the sheeple are so totally programmed by the SAME MEDIA that told them about Russiagate, the pandemic mask requirements, the need to inject experimental drugs into themselves and their kids, the legitimacy of the 2020 election, the peaceful protests that burned cities down, the lies about the Biden Computer from Hell- the same media that tells them what to think about everything and they swallow it all.
Ukraine is a CIA/global puppet regime installed for the purpose of laundering money ( the Bidens, Pelosis, Kerrys, Romneys et al) for international crimelords.

      clearing house for political bribes…yup.

will killing average ukranians stop that? nope.

putin is doing one thing here…cutting himself in on the action. if a million ukranians have to die to make that happen, so be it.

the money laundering and biolabs and human trafficking will continue as before, but with another guy as the head of the crime family.

the question is how do we stop it all? the answer is we’re halfway there..every ukranian farmer now has a modern MBT in the barn, and likely is a veteran who knows how to use it. damn near everyone who can carry an AK has one. corruption doesn’t last long in an environment like that.

Besides Nazis in Ukraine and the US there are also a some in Chechnya, Syria, and possibly Turkey. The focus for their ire against Russia goes back a long way. About a third of the Cossacks were moved north of the arctic circle under Stalin and froze to death. The rest served well during WWII. Of course everyone was stripped of their weapons before going home after hostilities. Wouldn’t want citizens protecting themselves at a time when as many nefarious people are about as there would be good ones. Lack of police is a boost to people staying home as a defense. It’s also a boost to governments needing to keep local associations restricted from organizing.
Nothing like that would indeed happen here, though.

So there’s a handful of semi NAZIs of the Azov Battalion and Russian Wagner Group mercenaries that’s been killing each other in Donbas and along the eastern border for the last few years.

Putin uses that as a pretext to invade Ukraine saying the entire country is run by NAZIs. If anyone believes that send me a hundred bucks and I’ll send you the deed to the Brooklyn Bridge.

From a Military Intelligence point of view this war has been a treasure trove regarding the capabilities and war fighting abilities of Russia and extends back to the old USSR. At the same time we’re getting a real look at how modern military technology performs on the battlefield. Plus Russia is rapidly depleting its war machine at the relatively cheap price to us and NATO of a few billion in munitions and equipment. The Ukrainians are supplying the manpower and we’re just passing them the ammunition. Tough on the Ukrainians, worse for the Russian orcs, but a win-win for the USA, the NATO nations and most of the rest of the world. As an added benefit, China is taking notice and must be looking aghast at what’s happening to what was supposed to be the second most powerful military in the world. They’re not really rattling sabers anymore and this is putting the quash on their hostile intentions towards Taiwan.

The artwork for the Moskva/Slava needs work. Vague shapes for that beast don’t cut it.

Over the saw tooth shapes are dual containers for Vulkan (Sanbox) missiles designed to break the back of US or NATO aircraft carriers. Furthest forward is a dual 130 mm main gun turret. Above and behind are a pair of 630 CIWS 30 mm Gatling turrets. Even if someone gave the Ukrainians the precise location of the Moskva, those Neptune missiles (upgraded “Harpoon-ski”s) should never made it through the CIWS (6X 30 mm Gatlings, decoys, electronic counter measures, etc). That critter deserved a better portrayal.

You can have the fanciest, most expensive weapons system in the world, but if the crew aren’t trained, morale is poor, and the equipment hasn’t been maintained, it’s just a big fat target. Just ask the Republican Guard how well their T-72 tanks stood up to the “untested” U.S. M-1A Abrams tanks.

I’m old enough to remember when banks would actually declare checks cleared. Now checks never actually clear, they just approach a Swartzchild Radius at which the longer you wait, the lower the chance that it will ever be rejected and come back to you.
