Jews are an eastern culture, not a western one. They are ‘clannish’ just like the Indians from India, and every other eastern culture. That is why they will always hire another jew before they will hire someone who is not.
I grew up with this, it is just the way they are, because they’re not westerners.
That’s how they end up ‘in charge’ of certain industries. it’s not so much of a ‘plan’, it’s just they way eastern Cultures are. You see it in Tech all the time. Once you get an Indian manager, they only hire Indians from then on.
This is not my experience. One of my interviewers for my job was Jewish. I wasn’t. I got the job. We became close friends over time.

The $18 Israel gets from us is almost 100% spent in American industry. They do put it to good use (IMHO). We can disagree about that. Of course, it is fair to criticize Israel without being anti-Semitic. I think it is a positive for the US to have Israel as an ally in the Middle East.
Lastly, the Arabs have had many chances to establish Palestine starting in 1948. They have refused and continue to hate Israelis.

Back in the Good-Ol’-Days when newspapers were common there were sections of the paper publishing obituaries and wedding announcements. I was asked on several occasions by friends and relatives if I would be willing to please skip the celebrations and house sit during the event. Not uncommon back then for the criminal minds to scan the papers and hit the houses that had been publicly advertised as most likely being vacant during a very specific time of a particular day.

We were sitting in the car facing straight down. We had one car start up the driveway, stop, and back down and out. That novel has no such scene, no such character, and Mike (the computer) never makes that argument. As you correctly noted, the book is divided into three “Books”, not numbered chapters, and the quote I fabricated does not appear anywhere in the text.
