        So. Is Levine serious about his/her choice of sex or not? If he/she has gone under the knife and been redesigned, I would address her as “her”. If not, he would be addressed as “he” whether he wore women’s clothes or not.
        During my working days I was in a position to play judge in the matter. Sex is indeed important (no pun intended).
        I’ll bet he/she uses the Ladies’ Room (and admires all the little girls).

        If cells were extracted from under Levine’s painted fingernail, and those cells could be cloned (in theory) into a new human, then that Levine clone would be a genetic male, just as Levine was when he was born.

        BTW … what a travesty, insult and dishonor to the Navy uniform by putting a confused, mentally deranged man with long hair and nail polish in the same uniform worn by American heroes who 77 years ago to date, valiantly fought, toiled, bled and died defeating the Imperial Japanese Navy in the Battle of Leyte Gulf.

        Just to add insult to injury, this confused genetic XY male was given FOUR stars to boot! One has to wonder what those service ribbons are for … WTF?!?

      You are not alone.

      Chris has a knack for going deep into the rotation in the bullpen from apparently out of nowhere. Then a few days or even weeks later we find out it was planned all along.

      In his studio or his mind, I think Chris has storylines running for all his characters. When that character’s storyline intersects reality or the current DBD storyline, the character suddenly appears.

      Portland, Buenos Aires, and now Vietnam, Chris has lots of interesting “Green Rooms” for his offscreen characters.

    Talk about doing hard time … in Arizona, it is illegal to promote the use of or to own more than six dildos.

    California has a reputation of setting itself well apart from any sense of normalcy in human affairs, but the same also apparently extends to animals. Animals are banned from mating publicly within 1,500 feet of a tavern, school or place of worship … unlike the stock and bond traders in San Francisco on lunch break.

    Don’t get too footloose in Delaware, since alcohol may not be served in nightclubs if dancing is occurring on the premises at the same time.

    Sex can be a prickly business in Florida, and being caught having sex in a parking lot will add the title of criminal to your LinkedIn profile. Speaking of pricks, having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal in Florida as well.

    In Indiana, you cannot legally catch a fish with your bare hands.
    Forget about paying it forward in Louisiana. It’s a $500 fine to direct a pizza delivery man to deliver a pizza to your friends without them knowing.

    Keep your mask on and your cellphone off in Maryland. Persons may not swear while on the highway. Not a chance I could avoid that violation.

        Useless trivia from a college biology course: In order to mate with a receptive female porcupine, the male repeatedly urinates on her quills to soften them and prevent serious injury to himself.

        This has led to some male porcupines developing a preference for female Hairless Beavers (rimshot).

      To revisit your prior complaint about being legally constrained from muskrat love, I mean porcupine love, and mine of the pointless stupidly of (attempting to) stop pay for lay, one wonders if the latter rule were reversed nationwide just how much of this other public idiocy and derangement would stop?

      Very similar in a libertarian sort of way to taking the “criminal justice” system out of the recreational drug equation. Massive savings to taxpayers and almost certainly a natural reduction if not elimination of the entire WOSD and all its ancillary unintended consequences.

      Adhering to what is arguably the only domestic law needed, freedom means getting your pipes cleaned for $, getting your buzz on with your pick of poisons, and otherwise and in general going about your private biz uninterrupted as long as you do no harm to or infringe the rights of any other.

      I’ve seen articles on apocryphal Arizona laws (like https://blog.presidentialpools.com/2016/8-things-you-cant-legally-do-in-arizona) but I don’t buy most of them. I’ve never found the one making it illegal to refuse a guest or traveler a drink of water, and I’ve asked public officials who would be enforcing it. Similarly with the one making it illegal for a donkey to sleep in a bathtub — and this one is especially dear to me, as I actually happen to own a donkey that sleeps in a bathtub!

      No, he doesn’t “jump in the pool to cool off,” as per the URL. He hates getting wet, whether it’s being hosed down for a wash, or even a rainy day. The bathtub he sleeps in in totally dry — it’s his feeder.

      My favorite of all Arizona laws is from my own town, WIckenburg, their Ordinance #1 from 1909: “Women shall not appear in men’s clothing in public, & vice versa.”

    For dear Adm Levine, I couldn’t care less male or female. Back in PA “it” pulled “its” mother out of a nursing home before loading the place ( all places) with COVID infected patients. The older are perhaps the most vulnerable to the effects of Kung Flu. “It” did a Cuomo after protecting her own because “it” obviously knew what was going to happen. Murderous F____F____. I don’t give a damn what kind of underwear “it” wears. I am in favor of a rope.

    Adding my opinion to Mike-SMO, My son was having a bit of trouble trying to use a pronoun that adequately described a new co-worker. As he progressed from she-he -it. I suggested he label it “Shit” to tie them all together. The Devil made me do it!

    FYI, Richard Levine is 1.) not a woman and 2) received an honorary title, certainly not deserved by either experience or years of service.

    Alene Duerk was the first female rear admiral, and Michelle Howard was the first 4-star admiral. Levine is a leftist virtue signal, part of the agenda.

    Fascinating how this non-accomplishment for (not by) a trans person is being used to erase real accomplishments of real women. All while championing equality. “You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means”

    I watched Garland get grilled today (Ted Cruz “Thank GOD you are not on the Supreme Court!”) I was thinking of a certain document with these special phrases:

    “He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.” Voter Integrity.

    “He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.”

    “He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.” Change a couple of words and it applies today.

    And we come to my favorite line in the whole document:

    ” –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
