Meh. FloriDUH traffic. I-75 is as infamous as 95. 35 40 mph difference between the left lane and far right with Two! twinkies jumping over into the far left with about one car length stopping distance. Accelerate? Nah, tough luck buddy. I need to psych myself up just to run to Tampa. Sorry, not checking GPS and driving around here if I do not have to. Fund drive, Oh Yeah!
So this is the meatspace trip out West you spoke of on the the phone…fun! Creating kind of a reverse Can I Ball Run! Already got Burt out there…Good luck to intrepid treasure hunters!
Kind of focused on that “pic pose at the treasure site” right now; almost enough to consider the 3k run myself, but I’ll just wait until the winner posts it, can you imagine him NOT?
I mapped it out. Could be a fun little weekend excursion with the right traveling companion. 12 hours, one way. If only for that three hour ‘dead zone’ between Pensacola and Tallahasse, I might consider it.
I reckon I’d rather estimate the expenses for fuel and such and just donate that to the cause.
