Tit for Tat.

Sic semper tyrannis – history has been repeating itself since 500 BC or so.

The Tree of Liberty looks like it is need of thorough watering and fertilization.

“No Taxation Without Representation…history is gonna repeat itself…again.”

      Fixed it for you Red…

And as painful as it will be, it’s a good thing. They are busily making sure there is no other option, and daring us to take this one.

CRA T-minus 86 days and counting.

In keeping with today’s optimistic tone: “Hubris. Absolute hubris. And we should love it. We couldn’t ask for a better drug to cloud the judgment of our enemies. They’re hooked, they can’t see clearly, and they will not change now or in the foreseeable future. What they possess with hollow overconfidence, they lack in sober wisdom. They’re drug addicts now, deluded in the supremacy of their own enduring power. These are dangerous people but people who are no longer grounded in any sense of reality. They think they control the quaking ground beneath their feet and believe that they alone will decide what stays in place. They see themselves as gods, and as with all false gods, their vanity will consume them.”

Thanks for the link to a great article. Well worth reading in its entirety.

The liquid ones seem to have a “Prime Directive” to not harm humans. What are their options for a persistent, distant attacker, say with a rifle? And away from backup at the DD, with two potential targets to protect? Pre-empt and bend the barrels? Sort of magical chess.

Gotta get those ‘stimulus cheques’ back somehow…
Funny how up here, every time a liebral gov’t brings in a ‘tax cut’ my takehome goes down…

    • August 16, 2022 at 10:51 am

It will be funny when the shoe is on the other foot and we task those new IRS agents with hunting down illegal immigrants.
They have the tools and training to find them, and yet again the fear of the tax man will be instilled in the populace, this time the foreign invaders.
To me the interesting thing is that in the purge of the deep state we’re going to need some replacements who have been screened for their adherence to their oath of office. That big population of new hires will make it easy to throw out the bad apples.

    • August 16, 2022 at 10:58 am

      Liberals don’t DO tax cuts.

    • August 16, 2022 at 12:21 pm

It’s in the mail: These 16 states are issuing additional stimulus checks to qualifying residents:

        In Re: Stimulus checks.

Just noting that the listing for Colorado is NOT a stimulus check, although our Democrats are trying to claim that is coming from their generosity. We have a thing in our constitution called the TAxpayers Bill Of Rights [TABOR] that limits the annual growth of state spending and how much of a reserve the state can have. By our state constitution the excess has to be refunded to us. This is an involuntary tax refund the Democrats really want to keep instead of giving the money back to the peasants.

Undo them? I think this phalanx of thugs in suits will be tasked with squeezing out the next round of payola.

  • August 16, 2022 at 11:48 am

Infernal tax revenoors only go after those without money enough to have many lawyers to fight back. Do the invaders have enough money to go after? District of Corruption mayor was crying about the few busloads of them having no money. Suggest you use a tax service this year and buy their guarantee so they have to spend money fighting the locusts.

I see the old joke about the levels of Hell and the worst was where the Revenue agents ended up. At least the feral hawgs will have fun.

MAGA has, inexplicably, put up with the Covid1984 “Let’s gleefully destroy Trump’s economic miracle” hoax and fake “vaccines”.

MAGA has, inexplicably, put up with the Nov3 Crime of the Century election steal.

MAGA has, inexplicably, put up with intentional inflation and the crippling of American energy independence.

MAGA has, inexplicably, put up with a criminal, mafioso DC openly admitting its fascist methods and intentions.

So why wouldn’t MAGA accept the addition of 87,000 new Gestapo agents (armed) ready to knock on the doors of middle class Trump supporters?

We’ll see, I guess, how much Tread-On-Me MAGA is willing to accept…

  • August 16, 2022 at 2:34 pm

    I will quibble with “Inexplicably”…

It’s not that those facts cannot be explained but that they won’t be, and we are on our own to explain them…and that’s really not so hard is it?

Follow the money and control…always follow the money and control.

The CRA will starve them of our money and fight them for control.

If we (the MAGA army, not it’s “leaders”), won’t fight, that is not inexplicable either; it is purely a matter of fear.

    • August 16, 2022 at 8:55 pm

So how do we fight? Who/what leaders do we follow?

I’m tired of the news… We make a lot of noise but I, for one, am not ex-military, ex-LEO. I have friends who are. They may or may not ‘know something’. If they do, they’re not sharing, nor should they.

If SHTF… what are the peons in the private sector such as myself supposed to do?

Where/what will be our Lexington and Concord?

I’m not very tactical but I can draw fire…

  • August 16, 2022 at 3:20 pm

I suspect their plan is to have the new manpower in the IRS “Criminal Enforcement” division cook up ways using the Byzantine tax code to find most Americans guilty of tax code violations, try them in IRS courts (no jury) and make them felons…and thus prohibited possessors.

No need to ban guns if you can make almost all individuals “legally ineligible” to buy, own, or posses one.

    • August 16, 2022 at 3:35 pm

Most anywhere in history when gun ownership is/was banned, guns went hidden, the black market, and those that think can make a “gun”. Also, read about the Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto and how they gained weapons or Israel’s War of Independence. Both had virtually none when those events started.

      • August 17, 2022 at 12:56 pm

But once they’ve made you a prohibited possessor they have a “legitimate” reason to arrest and imprison you simply for possessing a gun and, because the 2A crowd tends to eat it’s own, half the gun community will opine that it was your fault…you knew the law…the police were only doing their job…if you don’t like it vote for someone different and change things”.

And the public at large? They’ll completely support the arrest…you a criminal with a gun in their eyes because the media and government said so.

    Deja vu all over again.

Hey Yogi! In this context I will hopefully go with “It ain’t over ‘til it’s over”.
