You can’t drain the swamp if you leave the water faucet on. Election reform is absolutely crucial to draining the swamp. The messed up election laws are what’s allowed the swamp to form.

No. The indoctrination of a large chunk of the electorate into progressivism is what allowed the Swamp to form and metastasize.

It’s our job to protect our nation. And we have to take back the people first.

Although the debate could go on forever, my vote for the primary defect in Democracy is Majoritarian Voting.
Majoritarian Voting practically demands the D or R or whatever next to the name and thus gives power to low information voters who in turn are easily manipulated. This time around it’s Democrats but who knows what or who it will be next time.
A much better voting system is Approval Voting, where every one who qualifies gets on the ballot and is voted for individually with the highest count winning. It’s far less vulnerable to parliamentarian manipulations and for the most part bypasses the kingmakers.
If we used Approval Voting the likes of Donald J. Trump would be far more common, and machine politics would be a thing of the past.

Draining the swamp is separate from election reform…the former is a critical but incidental function of the bright light of legitimate and fearless and unbeholden central government (that’s you DT!) sending the roaches scurrying, while the latter is (or should be until it got away from us) a function and a right of the individual states (where have we heard that term before?) and their chosen electors.

The legitimate and fearless and unbeholden part is getting done by the legitimate and fearless and unbeholden PDJT. The states’ electors part OTOH…

Pin the blame for the unfolding catastrophe where it belongs…right on our fat lazy asses.

Trump was a rookie when he started fighting the Swamp, made the mistake of thinking they would roll over and not go nuclear to keep power. That was a big mistake. He’s a quick learner, but it remains to be seen if he is quick enough… odds say no. But I’m not saying uncle til he does.
With 17 states backing Texas with SCOTUS, we will see.

What really pisses me of about this. The FBI *spit* tells him quietly to quit banging a ChiCom Spy, and walks away. But with Flynn they go out of their way to set a perjury trap, that the agents say he did not lie. Then doing every thing they can to drive him out of office and bankrupt him. Funny how the FBI *spit* works for …. wait for it … Justice!

Ben is not the only one wondering, not by a long shot.

Trump has shown the spotlight, The media has acted as a fog and smoke filter for four years. Most of the political boxes have been exhausted. SCOTUS will determine which boxes remain for redress. I hope there is some honor left in one of the boxes as the multitude of the other boxes makes for a biggggg mess.

I am hoping and praying that the logical path and plan that many have seen, but that no Republican action has been taken to do, has been done.
I hope and pray that President Donald J Trump and his plans and team in no way represent or are similar to the Washington Generals style of existence that the GOP became accustomed to for most of its existence since FDR consolidated so much power. PDJT actually solves problems and creates good situations and results and dynamic situations where others can prosper. PDJT enables others to create capital and wealth and good situations that can accumulate, rather that take what others have worked for and accumulated.
Not enough people create what is good, there are so many that take what has been accumulated or destroy that which they do not control.
I have been subject to those that take what others have accumulated. I see how the system also has algorithms, policies, and rules that oppress and crush the creativity of those who are capable and desire to do well for themselves and thus benefit all of society. If the last 50 years+ have not been the imposition of systems that return people to the past impoverishment or permanent reduced level of the majority of the population, then I really don’t know what is going on. (I still know nothing, but that’s another story)
Our nation came from colonies that had free reign over much of what they did and chose for themselves the majority manner in which they would govern themselves and how they lived. They made many good choices and developed many good systems. Some good colonial constitutions and agreements were written.
The rebellion occurred when these freedoms were slowly, then quickly removed.
The last 100+ years involved the slow removal, then quick removal of the freedoms we had built.
Many people did not notice or feel able to do much, that for all of the obvious and well discussed reasons. Many felt a proper reveal such as what has occurred was necessary. Many are waiting for the next step. Many hope and pray that the next steps will be there too restore the freedoms that others fought so hard for and that became unnoticed by so many.
    Our turn.
It remains to be seen exactly what our turn will require and generally what we must do. The honorable path is there. We first took the path of voting. That path will reach its resolution soon. (No numbers) It is obvious to the unbiased that the majority of citizens voted for the good path. The next moves lie ahead.I pray for peace. I do not pray for the peace of subjugation. The foreign oppressors will not prevail. A peace of our strength shall prevail.

I see that by the vote rigging machines trashed or switched votes from President Trump in the millions. That alone indicates that 80++ votes for staying free. So take away the switched votes and fake votes; Biden would have about 70+ million votes. If this faux “victory” is shoved down our throats, they have stated on record we are to be “reeducated” or “eliminated”. ONE example: https://twitter.com/i/status/1336721104262590467
My choice is to join a real resistance. If “Don’t talk, Shoot!” happens , so be it. If I end in a camp, I will preach at them until they shoot me to shut me up.
      I like choice “NeverToBeInACamp”.

People like that are one reason for a responsible citizenry that is not centrally controlled by government or anyone else, and that make individual judgements to solve problems, especially those few times when they are directly threatened and believe they are in imminent fear for their life.

Jury Box – A two tier justice system. Done.
Ballot Box – we all see what’s going on in front of our eyes and noses, in spite of being told, “who ya goin’ to believe, me or your lyin’ eyes?!” Almost Done.
Cartridge Box – Are you prepared? Cleaning/oiling weapons and loading magazines? Targets selected?

I have once again modified my User Name to include the appellation “President Elect” until President DJT is re-sworn as President for a second term.
I figure that if the Propaganda Media presstitutes can call Bye-bye Biden “President Elect” (a meaningless term and title, there is no such thing until the Electoral College votes and decides), then I can call myself that as well. Just to “poke the bear”, see who reacts, and how they react.

Although I’ve seen quite a number of people saying Pres Trump allowed this debacle of an election happen deliberately, I can’t see how that makes sense. I know he’s capable of high risk & high reward tactics but this seems to go beyond that.

Could it be 4D Chess? Was he gambling that his energetic voter base was enough?

Give it 7 months, but not an aneurysm, just a mild “event” that requires speech therapy and the occasional TV sighting where he gets to wave.
Said this before and will continue: 3.5 years of recession are ahead of us, not to end until mid-2024. Economic forecast by a valid and knowledgeable financial analyst. From this view, where I sit, this means that the dumbocraps may, and likely will, spend us into bankruptcy.
If you watch Pelosi and her cronies, it’s about throwing money at stuff, not about getting the economy back to a semi-normal state, to get votes. Pelosi is 80. Her cronies are right up there with her: throw money at the madding crowd to get their votes. That bunch of spendthrifts are grossly ignorant of all economics, short and long term.
An entire generation of ex-college people with no job skills loiter in cities looking for handouts, as if Mommy & Daddy are going to be around forever. More disruptions are in the future. These marones can easily find themselves sliding into oblivion in a heartbeat. Want an example? San Fran was a beautiful city, a wonderful tourist trap. Now it’s a sty that even a pig would avoid, awash in rats carrying typhus and other really, really bad diseases. It is reminiscent of East Berlin in the decades before the Wall was dismantled.

I was recently kicked off (invalidated account) by Facebook for my posts “not living up to their community standards.” boo hoo All I had done was forward news from other sites concerning Hunter Biden’s crimes. They censored me about a dozen times saying it was not true, and then sent me a message that I could NOT get on FB, my account was deactivated, unless I wanted a REVIEW — I would have to make an appointment and they would decide. Now, the msm are reporting the Biden story and I am expecting an apology from FB any day now! Bwhahahahahahah
