Didn’t some General Officer recently get heat for inappropriate storage of classified info? But then Shrillary and Huma probably never had security clearances so…

There was more than that. Gen. Petraeus also pled guilty to having disclosed classified secrets to a girlfriend.

Will Hillary’s server be found face down in Central Park — next to a cap and ball pistol.

Felony: n. 1) a crime sufficiently serious to be punishable by death or a term in state or federal prison, as distinguished from a misdemeanor which is only punishable by confinement to county or local jail and/or a fine. 2) a crime carrying a minimum term of one year or more in state prison, since a year or less can be served in county jail. However, a sentence upon conviction for a felony may sometimes be less than one year at the discretion of the judge and within limits set by statute. Felonies are sometimes referred to as “high crimes” as described in the U.S. Constitution

Can someone please explain to me why Eric Holder is still in the position of Atty. Gen.? IF he resigned last September ’14 then is he just collecting a check and not doing his job? If I told my employer I was resigning they’d say I’ve given my two week notice. Either work for two more weeks or give up my unused vacation time and leave immediately.

    • March 13, 2015 at 12:52 pm
      Oliver Heaviside

I believe he gave notice in September, but sometimes in these cases a person stays on until his replacement is found and confirmed.

Not to say he’s not a complete blot on the office, and a general disgrace.

Holder resigned, but said he’d stay on until Obama “found a suitable replacement.” So far, Obama has nominated one candidate for the office, who will probably not be accepted by the Senate. Obama will continue to do this until he is out of office, and Holder and he can use the excuse “The Senate wouldn’t accept our recommendations, so Holder had to stay on.”

      God help us all…

The racism in the white house screeches like nails across a blackboard….I never thought I’d see a president of this country incite Americans to riot….the absolute untruth of Furgeson is a stain on us all, perpetrated by obama and holder, with help from the race pimp sharpton….love the way you tell it like it is….

What really surprised me about this is not that Hillary had a personal email account; heck, we all do. It’s the fact that she has her own email server on premises at her house. That’s a lot of work, not that she can’t afford an IT tech to do it. But it makes it far more sinister.

It’s one thing to have a gmail account for social reasons and to schedule the kids’ soccer, etc – another to run your own server.

Hmmmm…. I wonder if her IT guy made offsite backups, like a good IT person would. 😉

    • March 13, 2015 at 6:18 pm
      John M

Probably, but I’d be willing to bet that both the IT guy and the offsite backups are buried by now…

Oliver, her IT guy isn’t too bright, or she is too cheap to hire a good one.

They just documented her server and software setup was more vulnerable to attack than a 13 year olds first mail server.

It was truly horrific how out of date and open to exploit it is.
