    Too Tall

Have Carl put the uniformed thugs’ guns where the sun don’t shine.

    Sideways.

I wondered when sources would start picking up on that one. I saw it on YouTube several days ago. Remember when the Canadian police didn’t carry guns?

I don’t know about local PDs, but the RCMP have always been armed.

They are also the ones who license people to own firearms in Canada, going back to 1867.

Slight correction, eon… Canada was established by the British North America Act in 1867; the Northwest Mounted Police (which evolved into the RCMP) was commissioned in 1873.

Firearms licensing for handguns began in the 1930s and while the RCMP enforces the law and administers the licensing, it is the government who drafts and enacts the legislation.

Thanks Wayne. A Canadian friend has always told me that the police weren’t armed when she was a girl. We’re both in our late 60’s now.

That was the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, a provincial police service modeled after the Royal Irish Constabulary.

The first Constables were hired in 1729, making the RNC the oldest police service in North America… and, to this day, they keep their firearms locked in their vehicles most of the time.

Chilling that this smarmy college twerp and the braindead geriatric patient in DC are genuinely and openly threatening military action against their own citizens.

Similar dialog in the opening of Men in Black 1. The farmer said “over my dead body” to which the alien responded “Your terms are acceptable”.

Interesting that the Canadian military declined the invitation to play with the Truckers. Something about having to stay home and polish their boots. There are only 8 or 10 Mounties, so any game will be only with the local and Provincial police. That could get very interesting. I’d hope that they are smart enough to stay away while fighting litter and J-walking.

The NYPD is actually bigger than the Canadian Armed forces… and could probably beat them in a fair fight.

No they’re actualky not. NYPD is around 36,000 officers, while the Canadian Armed forces is 67,000 active personnel, and another 36,000 in the reserves.

The NYPD could probably call up the majority of their Officers for action, The Canadian Army is a LOT less than 67,000 once you subtract the Airforce, Navy, and the 10,000 in NDHQ and other Headquarters. We have more than enough generals to go around though, last I checked it was one for evey 300 ‘non-generals’ from Col to Pte. There are more than 300 people in a full strength battalion (which we don’t have any of) for a Lt-Col to run, let alone a Brigade for a Brigadier.

That’s because the NYPD does not fight fair. Just the punch line: A bear come stumbling out of the woods all bloody and bandaged “OK, ok I’m rabbit. I’m a RABBIT!”

Had to search to find that video…absolutely disgusting! Found it on Rumble, most other streaming sites didn’t come up in search results, they’ve gone full fascist apparently. But hey, nothing to see here now back to you regularly scheduled stupid distraction videos on TikTok brought to you by the Chinese Communist Party!

Apparently, US police are operating on Canadian soil with the blessing of this ‘government’ because the local forces seem less than interested in charging in. That’s blantantly illegal under a great many statues and dangerous for the ones crossing over, they would in all likelihood have no protection under the Law for any of their actions.

I’m waiting for my visit from the authorities now.
In Ontario the OPP is going around to visit anyone who’s supported the truckers online, particulalry on facebook, and handing out little pamphlets intended to intimidate people into not showing up in person because they might be charged with various non-existant offences.

I’m in Ottawa. I’m still on FascistBook including on some of the Freedom Convoy groups and I’ve been downtown. So far, no visits to my humble home.

I’m curious about the US police on Canuck soil. Generally that’s considered a no-no.

Generally, callingyour own citizens various names based on no evidence whatsoever isn’t something a PM should be doing…unless you’re a liebral. Perhaps someone should remind sockboy of the rise and fall of a certain ruler quite reminiscent of him…one named mussolini.
