For loitering? Just don’t ever go back. Eventually they’ll write the ticket off. For a mover, though, they’ll contact your home state and get your license suspended until you pay the ticket and blackmail fee to get a reinstatement letter.

i seriously doubt that any of the equipment was ever actually purchased, or delivered, or deployed.
It hasn’t shown up on the battlefield- at all.
It’s more likely that the money was diverted into offshore accounts and then back to the intended recipients here, while false-entry bookkeeping covered the transactions.
It wouldn’t be the first time. Especially not with DC.
