They are a cross between the KGB and SIS, they have more trained tac teams than the SAS, they have every tech mogul on their speed dial, and they need protection from the public?

What they need is treatments for type 2A paranoid schizophrenia, because believing you’re “at risk” when you are the ones who can do over everybody else with no consequences is a textbook example of the disorder.

When bad mustache’s troops took over France, they were like that. By the end, there were large swathes of the country where they didn’t dare wander about alone or in small groups.

Maybe the swamp critters are seeing a similar situation looming on the horizon.

I would expect them to go into full-on “RedJac” mode at that point.

See ST;TOS, “Wolf in the Fold”, season 2, written by Robert Bloch.

Hillary would be sooooo jealous. As green as the Wicked Witch of the West- with envy.

Stand him in front of Michael Byrd, and behind Lon Horuchi, and let one round of .50 BMG take care of all three of them at once! Too bad Carlos Hathcock wasn’t Buddhist- – – -I’ll bet he would be willing to be reincarnated to handle that little chore!

even under Hoover they didn’t need protecting.

hoover had the sense to do his political meddling with some cover..proxies, middlemen, informants..that sort of thing.

these days they do it right in the spotlight, give us the middle finger, and dare us to do something about it.

The rot is spreading from the top all through the govt. That’s why they need to be disbanded and charges filed for all their crimes. it is the low level agents busting in doors and shooting.

Vivek Ganapathy Ramaswamy says he’s in it for the Presidency itself, and I wouldn’t mind that, but I think his greatest immediate value is as DJT’s VP.
I can’t think of a better shield for The Donald’s life than a potential POTUS who has proposed the total elimination of _all_ the 3 letter agencies. They’ll be killing each other just to keep Trump alive and healthy.

T’would be a good start. Every Federal Dept., Agcy., Admin., etc should be summarily eliminated if it cannot justify its existence citing Article, Section and Clause of the Constitution – as written and as explained in the Federalist Papers. And cut the Federal budget by the combined total of their individual budgets . . .

Chris always gets the smugness of these people so perfectly! There lies, corruption and crimes against us are bad enough, but it makes me so sick to then have to see those smug, “we can get away with anything” looks on their ugly faces!

I wish this microcosm of unadorned patriots Chris Muir’s genius has gathered — the mindset — would become the national norm.

Them being a-skeered is the proper state of things. A fearful political class that will continue to do the wrong thing is the sign it needs eliminating. They are clinically evil, but physical cowards.

John Basil Barnhill said, “Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty.”
Apparently this was part of a series of debates in 1914 about Socialism.
It’s often wrongly attributed to (put your favorite Founding Father here), but its was IMHO certainly their mindset.

The pilot may have been trying to aim the plane to fly towards empty forest, rather than risk crashing in a populated area. It may have gone down in the Marion National Forest, which is mostly unpopulated woodland. Lake marion and Lake Moultrie are also in that area, so it may be underwater. We were having heavy rain and thunderstorms, so it is unlikely anyone saw or head the aircraft go down. I worked Crash Recovery for several years and I know how hard a crash site can be to find in heavy forest or jungle canopy. If it’s in one of the lakes, it will take divers, boats, side-scan sonar and lots of time to find it.

This is a bit off-topic, but while writing a substack article about Constitution Day, I realized that Special Counsel Jack Smith bears an eerie resemblance to Count Dooku, AKA Darth Tyranus, from the Star Wars franchise. He even has the same facial expression of complete and perpetual disdain for everyone except himself.

This is especially meme-able because right before Constitution Day, he filed a request for a gag order that would prevent Trump and his lawyers from “disparaging and intimidating” himself, the other prosecutors, and anybody in the District of Columbia jury pool. As many officials, including President Biden and Vice President Harris, live in D.C., in theory this would gag Trump and his lawyers from saying anything bad about Jack Smith, Biden, Harris, or anybody else in D.C. How can anybody “petition the government for a redress of grievances” if they can be charged with contempt of court for saying anything “disparaging” about the people running the government?

May I suggest that you mock Jack Smith as “Jack Sith” and point out exactly how he is acting like Count Dooku / Darth Tyranus?

The resemblance in both body and spirit is … uncanny. Did George Lucas have a time machine when he made the films?

He had something, or rather someone, better. Count Dooku was portrayed by the late, great Christopher Lee.

      Lee held several distinctions.

He was in more movies than any other actor in history (over 900 total).

He was one of the two tallest actors in film history (six feet nine inches, an inch taller than Richard Kiel and the same height as Ted Cassidy).

And during World War Two, he was an RAF bomber pilot (Avro Lancasters; he wouldn’t fit in a fighter).

Some actors play at being badass. Christopher Lee was the real deal.
