Someone’s dumbstruck by the view and blood rushing south.
Time for Kiko to say, “Are you happy to see my sister or you smuggling fenceposts these days.”
Then joke about post sitting records and post Turtles in govt.
Mari, if active with Ian, might be the new Texan post sitting champion.
In the Modesty Blaise novels, Panel 2 is called “The Nailer”!
Not liking dude’s car much as to what it might imply…
Zed put that one paedo fed in the ground. Did he have any co-workersconspirators?
So whose ol’ homestead is that, is it haunted?
Jack Cates Ranch.

Sticky situation at the Cates ranch…
Kiko stressed over taxes, hot & bothered at Ian’s arrival…
Man I hope Ian ain’t one o’ them newly strapped up IRS thugs…
And as to that “sticky situation”…
Sweat? Sex? Danger? All of the above?
Was it Dilbert who said, “Hoo boy!”?

The black sedan looks like a G-car … standard issue for the IRS Criminal Investigation Division.
Judging by the car I think Ian might be a fed.
The mention of “Trav” and Travis’s history as a former-fed implies that Ian isn’t a black hat, even if he’s some Dadgum Gummint agent. At least, I hope so.
