Nothing clean, is terribly correct. ‘A wretched hive of scum and villainy’ is a mild descriptor. And that’s just the politicians; to describe the ones surrounding them and then the bureaucrats some harsh words are needed.

To many of these slimy politicians, sex is a power tool, perversion on top of it all, be it pedophilia, gay. or whatever other variation they permit, is just their due.

We never get to see anything of who in Congress had benefit of tax dollars bailing them out on payment for all sorts of sexual claims, and that is a significant bill we are being handed.

There are very few who have any ethics, to them, its all relative morality, and they get to set what is acceptable deviant behavior.

Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. – Lord Acton

Put government on starvation rations. Instead of 42% of GDP, total government spending, federal, state, and local, needs to be reduced to less than 10% of GDP.

End government by administrative rules and regulations. If the legislature cannot be bothered to pass a detailed statute, then there is no law requiring compliance.

End retirement, pension plans, lifetime healthcare, office expenses, staff expenses, and per diem, for elected officials. Set the maximum salary for any elected official to $20,000 per year, and DO NOT index it for inflation.

Repeal President Kennedy’s Executive Order allowing government employees to form and join unions. Even FDR was smart enough to realize that was a terrible idea.

End Civil Service careers. Make government service a costly contribution you perform as a service for a few years, but you still have to have a real job and a real career to make a living.

Stop using the government as a tool for the disorderly redistribution of wealth. End entitlement spending.

It will never happen, but it is how the Founding Fathers envisioned the system working.

A republic, if you can keep it. – Benjamin Franklin.

I think a US rep’s pay should be the average pay of his constituents in his district and a senator’s pay should be the average of the pay of his constituents of his state, might give them incentive to work to improve their state/district.

You forgot ending the Federal Reserve, the organization Of the Bankers, By the Bankers, and For the Bankers who get first dibs on the fresh new money they print and shovel it into their friends pockets before it inflates the prices.
A 2% inflation rate helps no one but the first hogs to the trough, and it does not “prevent a deflationary death spiral” it only hides the parasite load that should be shed frequently instead of saving it up for later.

Not “taking away” anything from that wretched sewer (a notch or three lower than merely the swamp); leave it all there and wall it all in…

Leave all that soap too; remember from the BB gun movie that it’s also good for washing out filthy mouths, maybe filthy minds too? Who knows? worth a shot…wash, rinse, repeat…wash, rinse, repeat, repeat, repeat…

As ‘OldGoat36’ mentioned, ‘We the People’ haven’t been shown the list of lawmakers and amount of taxpayer money used to keep their indiscretions quiet. Meantime, perhaps a little sunlight on the swamp water, we shall see what we shall see:

Just maybe these Olympic Class imbeciles will tip Putin over so he decides to end everyone’s misery by wiping out the Department of Corruption and surrounding environs. Especially when they are all there.
PS: For all you lurkers taking notes. I was up late binge-watching movies and eating Flaming Cheetos which resulted in fevered dreams and no coffee yet. I deny all responsibility for the preceding comment.

Actually, comparing DC to soap operas is a truism I had never contemplated.

Watch the spoiled, rich sociopaths, psychopaths, sluts, and playboys cavort on those dynastic-oriented soap operas, living what they are sure is “the best life.”

DC is just a bunch of people who want to do exactly the same stuff. but whose families aren’t rich, so they do it on YOUR money.

Can’t belueve that no one mentioned how dangerous it would be to drop the soap in the shower in DC. I think at least one of our SC senators must have though.
