Smoke n Donuts, and we long smoke the meats. Brisket takes a minimum of 14 hours, usually 16. The Saint Louis Ribs we do, are dangerous good. I’m diabetic(pills), and I still have them at least once a week.
Travis might do all right, but ours are well worth the trip. Chris, you come in to Orlando, you can judge for yourself.

We’ve been open since February and had some ups and downs, but we’re kicking it good. I’m working to convert some of the folks to reading DBD, but got to be careful, what with the nekkid wimmins and all. 😈 😉
Yep. I was working in Dallas for a short while and was in a bar in Plano, Texas. Got to talking to a young lady. I offered her my seat, so she could sit down and she said just a minute, walked down to the other end of the bar where there was an empty seat and asked the guy next to it if it was taken. He said no and she picked up the seat and carried it back to sit next to me. He was really pissed and stormed out (after making a few threats). I was 6 feet tall but carrying a few extra pounds but she liked the fact that I wasn’t making assumptions about what was going to happen later. Made for a nice welcome to Texas. 40 years (or more later) I still remember it fondly.
I was in the hospital after having been burned and my eyes were covered. One of my friends brought me a beer and a Playboy. He has an odd sense of humour.
