no, you can’t “launder” equipment. it’s not cash. ATACMS have a shelf life, and the ones we’re giving have reached theirs. it would cost us more to demil them than to just let ukraine kill orcs with them.
every patriot intercept means we learn how, saving american lives in the long run. and korean lives, and japanese lives, and everyone else that uses the patriot system.
