The Arizona Audit has turned significant discrepancies between number of ballots in the boxes, and the numbers counted, ranging from 9% to over 17% error. That’s 18-35 ballots per two hundred ballots cast.

And we aren’t talking about one or two ballot boxes compromised here, or dozens. No, we’re talking about the *State* having been stolen from President Donald J Trump.

WND is now reporting that a crucial Election Systems Database was flat-out deleted from a computer just before it was handed to the auditors.

The concept of spoliation now must be pursued. This is a legislative inquiry. That must be considered. In civil and criminal matters spoliation has remedies that should apply here or in any such further action.
Here is one general reference. It is not legal research, only the presentation of the concept.
      https://www.hg.org/legal-articles/spoliation-destruction-and-failure-to-safeguard-evidence-29752

One concept of remedying the treating the evidence that suffered spoliation is to conclude the evidence would have proved the assertions that the spoliation prevent the evidence too be used to prove.
“Courts attempt to partially repair the harm that spoliation might cause and discourage spoliation principally through two remedies:
dismissal against the spoliating party, e.g. dismissing a criminal prosecution where the State lost evidence favorable to the defendant or dismissing a personal injury claim where the plaintiff lost evidence unfavorable to the plaintiff, and
•negative inference against the spoliating party, i.e. the judge would instruct the jury either to find against the spoliating party on the issue the evidence would have gone to proving, or to consider the fact that the spoliating party lost or destroyed the evidence when considering the issue.

Treatment of spoliation, like a lot of legal issues, varies by jurisdiction. The reliance on bad faith may be heavier or lighter. The standard for evaluating the safekeeping of evidence or documents may vary, although … ”

This requires an exhaustive analysis of the matter of spoliation that has arisen.
      Spoliation is very frowned upon.
The senate is the first judge of evidence in this matter and may ave authority to decide how to treat this seemingly intentional bad act. The Senate could devise a remedy, and then that likely would be taken to he courts to be questioned.
Of course there is that reality that the State Legislators may have the proper power to decide this whole matter as a result of their powers granted in the US Constitution.
More talk and action should ensue.
It is not just Denmark that had something rotten in it.
This is not legal advice. Consult an attorney(s) familiar with the jurisdictions and legal situations involved.

And when the evidence becomes incontrovertible that they cheated in ALL 50 STATES and stole AT LEAST 6, flipping from Trump landslides to Biden squeakers, and when SCOTUS nevertheless still refuses to even review the case, then – then we will have ”a situation”…

Why, it’s almost going to seem as if there were discrepancys. That can’t be true, of course; we’ve been assured time and again that everything was perfectly legit.

Army Intelligence has the complete data bases for the entire election. They prepared for this Sting operation for many years. The timeline of the election in each county and precinct is there for them to examine. The Deep-State/CCP/Dem-Nazi Cyber-War is the losing side. Pedophiles are being rounded up and the War is real.
How many Dem-Nazi are there and what the heck are we going to do with that many millions of traitors? There would be a rope shortage, even though we have enough trees.

      Not so far.

At this point I assign equal credence to both.

I’m tired of this BS Q Hopium nonsense.

Thoss secret election computers in Germany that were seized by Marines to prove the fraud (there weren’t and they didn’t), and all the other bombshell election-related things they did to save the day, except they never did.

Stop pushing this fake crap. It’s designed to distract us from real action that can really hurt them. And I want to really hurt them.

Well, they had Cairo “decolonized”, which for some reason made it more like Detroit. And everything else they could.
How would they export Detroit if they didn’t even have any Detroit?
So, after it inevitably loses containment?..

In historical time, the entire United States is well on its way to turning into Detroit. And what will Detroit turn into—in another forty years? Detroit squared, I have no doubt. And when America is Detroit squared, Detroit is Detroit cubed, and the Marine Corps wears full ballet attire and deploys no weapon unsuitable for a kindergartener, its personnel will unanimously and dutifully obey whatever beyond-ridiculous, idiotic, bureaucratic orders they may receive from the raving, zombie-ridden flanks of the Potomac. What less should we expect?
