It is an unfortunate fact that it will probably take many examples of this type of action to convince ~40mm units of human detritus that they will be better off back whence they came – the sooner the better.
I know many have been here for years and have established their lives in the American system. Many are productive folks and that is good. These should take a few weeks off to travel to their original home country and then stop by the USA embassy to file paperwork. With those documents in hand they can return to the USA, get a legal SS number, and then get on with their lives which includes paying taxes that support their community.
Those who are welfare leeches are the ones who should be planning their one-way trip out of the USA. They should be made to understand that they will make the trip out on their own two feet or in a pine box. It should also be made clear that if caught in the USA again, the pine box exit will be the only option.
The USA used to require immigrant applicants have a marketable skill, a sponsor, speak at least passable English, and/or be healthy. These must be the minimum again.

You forgot to exclude any violent criminal history, but other than that, a return to those requirements with a traceable work permit would allow working people to continue to earn income, and continue to be productive workers for the employers and our economy.

Otherwise, big sweeps for illegal immigrants and their removal will have to be random and include criminals violent and otherwise, then those that do qualify can return as guest workers closely monitored by sponsors.
A year or three of keeping to the requirements should then make applying for legal immigrant status (and ultimately citizenship) a streamlined process.

There’s no real need do discriminate between the professional and amateur illegals.
As per Tom Homan, go for the ones who already have a record and everyone in his immediate vicinity. Your net is bound to be full, and word will spread from any legals you have to let go.

Why do they get to jump the line ahead of others who have been waiting years to immigrate legally ?
The dems are already scared spitless of the midterms and the majority of the voting population in the US wants more of them gone asap.

With respect to the Primaries, the only question one has to ask of a candidate, no matter the affiliation is this:
“Will YOU balance the budget?”
If you get “no” or silence, trash that candidate.
