    April 19, 1775 – Lexington, MA
Captain John Parker yells: “Stand your ground; don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”

What started out as a simple job of gun confiscation by 700 agents of the government turned into an epic fail by that same government. Funny how lessons of history rarely sink in and must be repeated.

Seems like the last guy in the Peoples Republic of MassOf TwoShits with a rifle is the bronze statue of the same Captain Parker. New York, California, Hawai’i and a few other States are just as bad. Even my home of Arizona turned purple, elected Spaceman Kelly and a bevy of lunatic congressional critters. This will not end well. Since I don’t have room for a battery of 155’s, a sweep of offices in November will have to do. Please take note of names of the traitorous asswipes that are not defending the Constitution, so that they can be removed all nice and legal.

April 19. Patriot’s Day. And today the Florida legislation might pass Constitutional Carry. I hope the legislation remembers what day it is and passes it. That will make a majority of states which have a no permit necessary to carry a firearm as it should. We have come a long way from 1986 when states violated our Rights. Vermont is no longer the only state which understood our Constitution. And Sam is looking yummy as always.

I moved to Arizona in 1978 and it was solidly red. I, too, am dismayed at the change to purple. Too many refugees from blue States plus illegal immigration and CHEATING!

The nearest I can tell the plethora of commies that made it into office were secondary and tertiary results of The Big Steal. Arizona was the Only place where those fake results were suspected, discovered, & exposed to the result of – nothing. Which is why I’ll have Samuel Whittemore standing with me.

I love classical references! Would love to stand outside the Harvard gate and ask who can identify the Caracalla Baths?

The chain of custody of the ballots and all aspects of the voting process need, nay, may REQUIRE, transparency above and beyond what our heroes and protagonists display here.

At the extreme. One small example of how not to have a transparent ballot cast (vote) in an election:
There are still ‘ballots” cast on machines that are no more than what someone says are the accurate vote created when the voter pushed a place on a screen that has no data trail besides that it was supposedly what the voter did in the PRIVACY of the Ballot. There is no actual record beyond an alleged electronic notation.
Then there was the Austin Texas Commission case where a picture was supposed to be taken of every ballot cast. The election department would not release any evidence of the ballots. The case was finally won on appeal by the candidate. It was too late as the term had expired. The woman who had lost and missed a term had earned a Doctorate in Physics and a Doctorate in Chemistry from Harvard, I believe, She was not able to serve the community that, by voting metrics and polls, should have elected her. The Full Monty of Transparency is required for all of our voting actions and procedures except seeing who the voter actually votes for while he is marking the ballot.
A reliable and truthful election result needs work to return it to the standard of old where a vote was marked on paper and accurately counted.

I think it was Scott Adams of Dilbert fame who stated outright that there was nothing to stop an audit of the vote the instant the polls closed except the people who insist _they_ had the option to commit fraud.
A secret ballot means the anonymity of the voter, not the anonymity of the vote.

Speaking of classics, and views, and asses, when Skye asked me if I liked the view while flaunting her naked barmaid ass at me here at the old DoubleDown Club, I looked mesmerized but somehow came out with “Can’t stand Joy Behar myself.” Now that’s true enough, but talk about ruining the moment.

Funny how Vanguard and Blackrock are majority shareholders in both CF industries and the Union Pacific RR.

I wonder if all the farmland Bill Gates bought up will get priority shipments?

But while the CF story is everywhere, nobody has yet asked UP why they are doing this. It’s not like they don’t have engines, track, freight cars, etc. Rail strike in Canada? I don’t accept rising fuel prices, just up the freight rate. So what’s up, UP? PS their stock is taking a nosedive.

Is that ‘truck convoy’ still moving about empty? Maybe hauling what trains won’t would be more useful.
