So that includes Obumbles removing All his papers and documents to a warehouse and sorting out what he chose to return?
Hitlery with her multiple tens of thousands of records that were “wiped” from her bathroom server?
The DNC records that syphilis test Schultz’s Pakis took with them and were more than likely selling to the whole world?

    • August 9, 2022 at 2:29 am

Except the dumbshit chose a statute applying to “holding any office under the United States.” This is a term of art applying to APPOINTED office, not elected office. The qualifications for being elected president are entirely defined in the constitution, and can’t be modified by statute.

This is similar to his earlier trying to disqualify Trump under the Civil War insurrection portion of the 14th amendment, despite the fact that Congress has long since nullified it, as authorized by that same amendment.

He may be a clever, evil, and blackhearted lawyer, but he’s not an effective one.

      • August 9, 2022 at 5:59 am

Legal or not, constitutional or not, it all doesn’t matter. This, just like the Jan 6th ‘hearings’ is just another scene in the democrat’s play. Keep the hype going strong in the base, and when the 2024 election draws near, get the AG’s in several deep blue states to declare Trump in ineligible to be on the ballot. Legal or not, constitutional or not, keeping Trump’s name off the ballot in at least one state come November will generate the ultimate minority veto and ensure OrangeManBad doesn’t ever again have the power to fire a single useless government bureaucrat.

      • August 9, 2022 at 10:19 am

Exactly right Jay, and exactly their agenda.

“Effective” is a subjective term when applied to the disarray, disruption, and destruction of anything resembling a free and fair election…and most especially Trump and Trumpism’s participation in it. From his Russian collusion to him calling out the White Nationalists to overthrow their “duly elected” government, facts are irrelevant to their reality. It’s their MO.

Does this also apply to Hillary for when she had Sandy Berger steal possibly incriminating documents from the National Archives (in his socks and underwear).

U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2071. “having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States,”

    Too Tall

Not that I am paranoid or anything, but it appears that the major result of the FBI Keystone Kops raid on Mar a Lago was to prevent Chris from doing an absolutely epic, artistic, Sunday sized, scene with Sam, Mari, Kiko, Mia, Skye, and Jo celebrating another successful fundraiser.

Besides, it would have been the perfect opportunity to introduce us to Jack Cade’s mother, who you just know is stunning.

And not a stitch of fabric in sight….

    • August 9, 2022 at 10:34 am

TT, one would think that from your position as defacto keeper of the archives, you would know that in spite of fevered anticipation of a nekkid free fer all on the last day of (another) successful drive, has NEVER happened. I mean, he’s got bank now, so… 🙁

JK Muir, you have gone over and above…and behind… 🙂

  • August 9, 2022 at 1:42 am

Not Ft. Sumter, more like Pearl Harbor…knew it was coming, but no one knew where the hammer would fall. Of COURSE they raided when Trump wasn’t there, even the Feds didn’t want THAT confrontation …

  • August 9, 2022 at 1:52 am

With neither Trump nor his lawyer there, every bit of “evidence” will smell of the Swamp. They will just try to jack this around until at least 2025.

  • August 9, 2022 at 2:28 am

Only the Democrats are stupid enough to assume that anybody with two functioning brain cells would believe Trump was dumb enough to leave incriminating evidence of ANYTHING in his own house.

IF there are stolen classified documents, and that’s an epoch length if, that exist, they won’t be anywhere near anything related to Trump. Certainly not in his house. Even in his safe in that house.

Nobody will believe (well, except the NPCs and sheep) in any “evidence” recovered from this raid. Every sheet of paper, every flash drive, every post it note will be naturally assumed to have been planted by the corrupt agents of the DemoSTASI.

We’ll know it’s on when they try to use anything they find to charge him, and attempt to take him into custody. Particularly if he’s disappeared.

Remember the old saying. Every morning before breakfast, I kit up, load my rifle, and go out onto my front porch. I look left, and I look right. If I’m the only one out there, I go back in and have breakfast. On the day I look left and right, and see kitted up, armed men looking back at me, that’s the day the swamp gets drained.

    • August 9, 2022 at 2:32 am

And it’s a useless exercise. As President, Trump had the power to declassify any document on his say-so alone, and absolutely no requirement to ask anyone’s permission or log his decision with anybody. all he has to do is say he declassified those documents before leaving office, and no one can prove otherwise.

      • August 9, 2022 at 7:53 am

And there’s this: Miranda Devine just reporting that the docs taken from Trump’s house were boxed up by the GSA and mailed to Trump by them. And that the FBI has had access to these docs for MONTHS.

  • August 9, 2022 at 3:35 am

    1. Provoke MAGA to the edge of violence
    2. Commit said violence with planted agents (see: Jan6, BLM)
    3. Declare Martial Law and forbid the midterms

    Can’t imagine why I thought of that…

Works the other way too. If one was hoping the croc would eat him last, the croc just announced an IRS army dedicated to ‘eat out his substance’ THIS YEAR.

If you’re an American, you’re already targeted. Get inside their OODA loop and make them fearful of what’s coming. That’s why these moves are of a scared little bitch regime.

      • August 9, 2022 at 11:12 am

Concerning the ‘IRS’, it ain’t as if we weren’t told. Makes one wonder, how many actually voted for this ‘Fundamental Change’ back then.

      • August 9, 2022 at 1:32 pm

Yes. The bright side is they’re obviously very desperate = fearful of being exposed. They wouldn’t be targeting Trump/MAGA in such an openly gestapo way unless they feared its overwhelming power.

        Interesting times.

      • August 10, 2022 at 1:49 am

They’re already fearful. That’s why they’re doing these things. J6 scared the crap out of them. Killing Ashley Babbitt came a couple of minutes away from turning the whole thing kinetic.

It took real effort to talk some of those folks down and get them to leave. And I’m not talking about those who went inside. a Couple of the guys with me were ready to go, unarmed, over the barricades at armored cops carrying ARs. And those cops weren’t happy about it, since they were outnumbered about a hundred to one.

But talk them down we did, and we came home peacefully like Trump told us to. Fat lot of fucking good it did.

30+ agents from DC? Did they fly into FLL, MIA or Homestead Air Reserve Base, rent a fleet of blackened SUV’s, played cards till 0200 at the local Holiday Inn Express and then nonchalantly hauled up US 1 in an unnoticeable convoy without advising anyone in the Governor’s office in Tallahassee?

  • August 9, 2022 at 9:32 am

Someone was bleating that fibbing turned off internal surveillance of MaL residence. Which is a helluva clue if true that they didn’t want any eyes on this. Which if true violates dozens of secret service protocols and regs.
I Am sure Trump has multiple surveillance resources internally. One he can turn off at will. Another that requires access and control and doesn’t show up in any plans unless he needs to counter claims and his primary is destroyed or compromised.

Not going back to 4 Chan to find links.

    • August 9, 2022 at 1:48 pm

“I Am sure Trump has multiple surveillance resources internally.”

Me too. Ones that weren’t there prior to the visit from the FIBbers.

They weren’t there for no damn boxes that they’ve already seen/had.

One can almost hear them whispering back to HQ…”We’re in!”

God knows what they were able to do and/or plant with that many suits.

If the deep state was trying to start a new un-civil war, would they be doing anything differently? They are so scared whitless about a DJT run and win in 2024 that they seem ready, willing and stupid enough to try anything – up to assassination.

I do not recognize my country anymore, and the continued thoughtless destruction of the US by our ‘leaders’ makes my blood boil. I fear that they will not realize what the consequences are of the acts they are engaging in until it is too late and we see a lot ‘unexpectedly’s’ in headlines.

Donald Trump’s new ad calling America ‘a nation in decline’

  • August 9, 2022 at 12:51 pm

Never in all my 60 years have I seen such stupid people in positions of power and the danger this ignorance brings forth. To say they are “f-tards” is a disservice. When will those in power on the people’s side, do something, call bs, take action, something, anything, to rein us back in before we crash. And all the while, our adversaries are laughing and plotting, standing by to execute. Can’t see how Chicoms will wait much longer to act.

  • August 9, 2022 at 1:13 pm

Here’s what everyone seems to be missing. The POTUS has the absolute authority to declassify anything he deems fit. ANYTHING! And, he is not answerable to any other entity, agency or office in this regard. Also, President Trump didn’t pack any of those document boxes although he certainly designated which material he wanted removed. Once he had those documents removed as President, then ipso facto they became unclassified. I’d like to know What the Director FBI thought President Trump had in those documents that threatened national security which caused him to authorize this raid. Pretty sure nothing. And even if there was/is, it doesn’t matter with the power to declassify that resides with the .President.

As far as the President removing documents there are plenty of precedents for this. Both Clinton and Obama did so and we know some of that was considered classified. Obama even returned some classified documents when requested to do so. How come they were never raided?

If I was writing this as a “Mission Impossible” script (the tv show not those ridiculous movies) it would go something like this:

    1. The IMF is tasked with preventing the overthrow of a democratic republic by a renegade party intent on establishing a dictatorship. This party plans to discredit the pro-democracy leader by falsely accusing him of crimes
    2. Rollin (or Cinnamon) goes underground. One of them portrays a member of the pro-democracy leader’s staff who has “something to hide”. Poor Rollin (or Cinnamon) is threatened with prosecution unless she (or he) leads them to evidence that will expose or implicate the leader of the pro-democracy forces
    3. The mole “reveals” increasingly tantalizing intel, building up to a report of an act of such breathtaking villainy that the bad guys all have orgasms
    4. Sure they’ve found the golden ticket that will discredit the pro-democracy forces so thoroughly that no one will stop them from seizing power, the bad guys stage an extra-constitutional raid, They are certain that the raid’s illegality will be overlooked in the face of the evidence of the pro-democracy leader’s criminality. But the “evidence” that Rollin (or Cinnamon (or Rollin) has told them about isn’t there. In fact, it doesn’t exist
    6. The villains are exposed before the whole country and indeed, the world, as power-hungry jackals who will stop at nothing to get their own way.
    7. The IMF agents disappear into their waiting car as the camera zooms in on the frustrated, enraged and dismayed faces of the villains.
    8. The republic is saved

    The End

    • August 9, 2022 at 1:54 pm

Polly, I would say write that script (or book), except that as we say, and will be saying more and more and over and over…

You can’t make this shit up!

The worst part about all this is that no matter which path this takes, the globalists win. It’s all about taking the USA off the throne of world hegemony, so the WEF and their UN lackeys can run things however they want
    1) Violent “internal conflict” – America turns inward for a few years while we sort things out, exits world stage, globalists win. USA exits, ceases to exist, new entity may or may not care about world hegemony (our Founding Fathers didn’t want it). Might actually be the best option, long term.
    2) Nonviolent amicable separation of once again sovereign states – USA ceases to exist. My personal preference. Nobody wins a bloody one.
    3) Total economic collapse – USA loses ability to use economic or military power to influence world events. Worst option.

All 3 are victory conditions for globalists.
And let’s not forget, Revelations never talks about America being around at the end.

    • August 10, 2022 at 1:58 am

Globalists won’t win. they can’t. Globalism doesn’t work. Oh, sure, they may think themselves the victors over the short term, but it’s not sustainable. People don’t work that way.

Trouble is, Globalists tend to be sociopaths, and their worldview ends at themselves. They may consider it victory if the whole Babel’s tower doesn’t fall in on itself until after they, personally, are dead.

And therein lies the rub. Victory conditions differ depending on who or what you are.

The 15 boxes seized were the 15 boxes prepared by the General Services Agency ((GSA). Which were in a padlocked room. The FBI looked all over the place including Melania’s closet. Is there a possibility Trump has an insurance policy in the guise of information the permanent government desires?

    • August 9, 2022 at 9:53 pm

An ‘allowed’ incident to set precedent for future raids on Dems? Judge involved appointed by Trump? That perfect response video came out quick. Makes one wonder…

Thinking we need to get Pepe looking at Epstein list again and actually go public with hard data they’ve gathered.
    Anon has copies as well.
They leaked enough back before Epstein didn’t kill himself.
    Then went dark on data.
They mapped networks and resources used. Also which protective teams went with certain political persons to island and other sites.
Bet it gets Russia slapped on it faster than a found dossier…
Think states need to hold senators and congressmen to task and prosecute them w Rico attached.
If nothing else, imagine the wind power that could be harvested from the “Reeeees!”
