Nobody needs to seed communism. The “something for nothing” trope has been part of human nature since The Fall. It’s given us as a race thousands of years of slavery, stealing, and socialism. Marx simply wrote its first formal apologia.

Shelves of Tags with pictures…take one, check out, AI reads tags, dumps all into labeled boxes, seals same and puts on conveyer a la airports for pick up and verification. Convenience=0, Security=90%.
Or empty shelves with nothing on them a la USSR (deceased); real products on second floor accessible only by elites, a la same USSR.
With any luck, I will be dead by then, standing my ground.

Russia seeded communism here, and China feeds it … and, our own Fifth Column harvests it and delivers it straight to our public schools and halls of academia.

A republic, if you can keep it … indeed.

And long as the LSDs (Liberals/Socialists/Democrats) control the “big three:” Information, Education, Entertainment; our Republic is and will be in critical peril. What happens hence is up to US.

We “fat lazy normie Americans” didn’t just watch, we actively participated.

Producers have their production stolen and redistributed.

The proles clamor for their free shit.

    Elections are staged and/or stolen.

    We are a communist country.

The Mayflower pilgrims who landed at Plymouth Rock were honest to God communist. Share and share alike in all work, production, an benefits equally divided. It was a modern day Democrat heaven.
It lasted through one winter. Nobody has grown the crops except a few. Everyone demanded equality and got it. There was no incentive. Many died equally starving that winter and until the change enabled sufficient crops to be grown. The colony’s leader assigned each family (remaking alive) their own land on which they personally benefited from their labors. Fisherman received the profit from their catch, as did hunters.
I am an absolutist on few things, personal profit from personal actions is one belief that I definitely.
    Hold.
Many have intentionally tried to promote communism here. Imports Include the Frankfort Society that left en masse from pre war Nazi Germany and established itself in the USA including replacing the Philosophy department at Columbia University. They wrote books and more. In California they were almost of cult status among some. Marcuse taught that polymorphis pansexuality was how to be.
Fabian socialism was sweeping England and parts of Europe and the USA. The 1950’s goals of the world communists have long been achieved.
    There is so much more.

Usually prefaced as “my free shit” which makes it somewhat more correct for them I guess.

For those who don’t know what that phrase means, it means that every penny of your paycheck earned from January 1 up to that day went to pay off all the levels of government that tax you, you didn’t receive any of it. Today is the day when you get the first penny of your paycheck that you get to keep (or more probably, one of your creditors or suppliers).

My electric was just out for about 20 minutes. More time off than the last hurricane. Our electric cooperative (is communal ownership communism?) Did it’s good work and got the power back on. They are well paid for their work.
There is that cooperation and agreement to communally solve problems and to make life a little better.
All us property owners own the cooperative. We can vote for representatives.
    Did I forget something?
    I’ll maybe remember later.

Where I lived for nearly half a century, we were part of an electric co-op. Things were done fast and correctly, because the managers and etc. knew that we’d all show up at the annual meeting and want to know why they weren’t if they weren’t.

I’ve lived the last twenty years in a town with a “city utilities” department for water, gas and trash removal and a for-profit electric company for that. The main thing I’ve learned is that only the trash pickup is done right consistently, because the city contracts the same company I paid out in the country for four decades.

The city water and gas side is run by people mainly beholden to the city council for their jobs, so they may or may not know what they’re doing. The electric company has the usual problem of managers who don’t understand electricity; they think a degree in “management” means they don’t have to know anything about what they’re managing. I cringe at the thought that “managers” like them are probably running NASA and Electric Boat nowadays.

In a power failure, if I’m lucky I get a recording. If I’m unlucky, I get a DEI hire who doesn’t speak understandable English, or some slacker dude who takes a hit off his vape tube of hash oil, goes “BONNNGGG, MAAANNN!!”- and hangs up.

The moral is that private enterprise is not inherently superior to government or vice versa. It depends on who they hire and why.

Soviet Communism never got a foothold here and now the FBI makes up most of the roster of what is left of it. Spots here and there pop up and fade away.

Fascism however has deep roots and has been festering on and off since the 1930’s. It took hold in the Republicans starting in 1980 and has been sharpening ever since shedding those less pure than they are.

I wonder why the Republicans now Fascist hasn’t been ruled illegal and a terrorist organization. Since January 6, 2021 Civil War 2 is on Fascism against America. Do it now before we lose..

      Too Tall

      Nightgaunt,

Communism = International Socialism run by the Russians.

Fascism and Nazism = Nationalistic Socialism run by a dictator in each country.

Hitler and Mussolini approached Stalin about being part of Communism only to find out that the price would be having to perpetually osculate Stalin’s anal orifice. Each said “No thanks!”

Other than who is in charge, there is not a dime’s worth of difference among them.

The fundamental political question: Is the purpose of government to serve the individual or the purpose of the individual to serve the government?

The individual first, the States second, and the Federal Government an extremely distant third is how it is supposed to work in this country.

Read your history. Or at least John Locke, the Federalist Papers, and the Anti-Federalist Papers.
