He is doing little to counter this heavy persuasion. Time to start running some ads. Stick with the outreach to minorities and the poor, but put it on TV for all to hear over and over again. Ten thousand people at a rally in Texas is a fart in the wind, and those people were voting for him anyway.
Then have his surrogates attack Hillary. Stay above the mud and look presidential.

That is why I do not fit with most lawyers. The only criminal defense cases I ever took were ones where I knew (believed after deep discussion and evidence) that my client was innocent. I could then take the time to develop the evidence and even get the court to drop the case when the evidence could not be obtained because things like witnesses, especially police officers, would not show up, or where the evidence was overwhelming for my defendant. I had new prosecutors decide to have a conference with the judge where they would drop the case. They were “little” cases for “little” people, but avoiding a felony conviction for those people was a Huuuuuge thing for those people. A felony or aggravated felony conviction, whether obtained by a trial, or by the constant overpowering oppressive state forcing plea bargains on people, a public defender specialty, would have destroyed those lives. Needless to say, I never made any money doing that. Anyone who I believed was guilty i sent on to finding another attorney.
I could never lie the way that whore of Babylon does all of the time. That does tend to limit my options in that profession.
That characteristic is why lawyers do enable much of the evil in this nation.
