Proof the dolts don’t actually think a nuclear exchange is even possible: all major targets are primarily lefty, and in a day, even if no one changes parties, the country would suddenly lean very strongly red.

Funny how it’s the red rubes, the bitter clingers, those awful bigoted flyover louts, who are most against such a thing happening. Almost as if they have most of the actual humanity and compassion.

Still the Rs in the WDC area need to be aware of a mass exodus of Ds hurridly leaving WDC. It could be a sign that there will soon be incoming hellfire.

Unfortunately, they’re replacing the old 2 lane steel frame bridge across the Potomac River at Dahlgren, with a new 4 lane. The old one could have been used to throttle/stop the hordes from DC. The new one could be problematic. As is, we expect to see a huge migration of leftist a-holes from Maryland & north filling up the immediate counties in VA and turning them into leftist shi*holes, like they left.

All of us outside the Beltway need to monitor the uniparty for unusual moves, such as calling the Summer Recess a month or so early, or a lot of roll call absences by members of both divisions; Brandon and Hee-Haw spending more and more time away from the White House – things like that…

You don’t need trucks blocking the roads. If Putin launched a missile DC would be a crater long before anyone got to their car.

Besides, semis are useful, unlike bureaucrats.

I think those that would suffer from a first strike on Mordor-on-the-Potomac would be the RINO-and-Democratic uniParty, their “friends” of convenience, and the FSA. Everyone else would be dancing in the streets.
I WOULD miss the Smithsonian and the Library of Congress, though. A small sacrifice.

The loss of the museums would be the only thing I’d regret.

I tried thinking of what I’d miss about DC, then I realized: very damn little. The museums have all gone woke- no loss there. The monuments and cherry trees? Yeah, maybe. It wouldn’t matter anyway: 30 air miles from ground-zero… life would be toasty, very briefly.

Less than a week’s worth of food in most cities.

No truckers for resupply runs MIGHT create a problem for urbanites that are just so much better than the rubes out here in flyover country!

A real problem is how much of the world’s winter wheat production is being up by tanks and other heavy vehicles in Ukraine right now. Shortages ahead. Plan appropriately.

Last week I went to COSTCO for a few groceries. Just for giggles and grins, I looked for wheat and flour. All I saw was 5 lb bags of “organic” flour, and NO buckets of wheat. Usually there’s a “space” (anyone who shops at COSTCO knows what I mean) full of each, 25 lb bags of flour & (45? lb) buckets of wheat, both from Lehi Roller Mills (very local, less that 50 miles down the highway) (IIRC, LRM was where the original “Footloose” was filmed)
So, I’ll be going back again this next week to see what I can find. And if I find it, I’ll buy it. Especially the wheat. That stores a lot longer that flour.
