Ballistic also means coming back down.
With any decent mass, that means hard.

How far did this particular bird fly?
    From Texas to……???
NASA and Elon need to study Sam’s launch techniques.

      Not just the rocket crowd.
Normally, launching a ballistic object from a stationary platform involves a LOT of recoil.
The US Army needs to study this thoroughly.

FAR Part 7 requires the filing of a NOTAM when launching an unmanned aerial vehicle of less than 55 lbs. Generally speaking, the launching activity is obligated to pay for damages caused by operation, landing, and recovery of the vehicle.

At least someone is taking responsibility for the actions of one turkey.

    Now. About the rest.

I was ready to accept apologies from certain members of my clan this Thanksgiving, admitting they were wrong about the elections steals, Covid1984, the intentional economic destruction by the obviously criminal Junta, and my warnings about it all. But no apologies were forthcoming, and Thanksgiving passed without thanks this year again. Maybe next year, but I doubt it.

Thankful for the happy few who’ve kept their heads, as few as they are.

Not looking for any thanks to my generation, as Boomers have done an abysmal job of maintaining our Free Republic, just hoping enough of us R’s (and by R’s I mean Reds not RINO’s) and the ones behind us survive to save it.

I still give thanks to our Maker though, he gave us the fixin’s for a wonderful Thanksgiving this year and we botched it bad…credit and blame where due.

So comic time includes flashback capability too. Javier’s creations incorporate even that bit of Skynet/Resistance technology, eh? Clever kid, that.

At first I thought ‘multiple turkeys’… but nope, just Chinese drones. No concern about open borders and even less about open airspace ~
